LAVIANA, THE DANCER…

Play style:

Laviana is a ranged mage who is skilled the most awesome and coolest dance moves like the flash mobs and the jazz clubs. During a fight, she can dance and dazzle around the battlefield to deal tons of damage to tons of enemies. This champion is extremely difficult without proper control but still have a great damage output. Laviana has a bit weak defense system at the beginning but can end up with a really exalted form at the late game. She has heavy mana costs and cool-downs at the beginning.

Abilities:

Exalted by Dancing (passive): Laviana dance moves will make her whole body to move and work really fast and this will flex and exercise all her muscles rapidly. Laviana’s maximum health is increased by 1% of her max health after using ability. This ability works once in every 10 seconds.

Flip On: Laviana does 360 degree stunts about 5 times straight forward in a line. She runs a 45 units short distance and then does upside down stunt dance moves over the enemies. All the enemies she dances over will take a 80/140/200/260/320 +(70% AP) magic damage. She can also use this ability as escape ability by using it to move through the walls. Laviana stunts at 500 speed up to 700 units. This ability acts as a projectile and it can be disabled as well. Cool-down is 30/26/22/18/14 seconds with 70/70/60/60/50 mana cost.

Dance Club: Laviana stomps on the ground and creates a large dance floor which lasts for 10 seconds. Enemies in the area while she is creating the floor will take 70/100/130/160/190 +(70% AP) magic damage. During this time, those enemies who will pass through the floor will start to dance for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. The allies who will pass through the floor will gain 5/10/15/20/25% movement speed and 20/25/30/35/40% attack speed. Laviana can leave the dance floor after she creates it. Cool-down is 30/30/30/20/10 seconds with 100 mana cost.

Let’s Roll: Laviana starts dancing around the battlefield so fast with awesome dancing styles that the enemy projectiles are missed for the duration she dances. She becomes immune to all disables for 3 seconds and gains 20/40/60/80/100% dodging chance and ignores this much percentage of damage over the duration. Cool-down is 40 seconds with a mana cost of 125/100/75/50/25.

Let’s Show Them How To Dance: This is the ultimate. Laviana finally decides to show what she and her crew of her entire party can really do with their full combined dancing skills. She starts music and calls all of her flash mob dancing crews to jump into the battle and continue dancing from her position and moves straight in a skill-shot. Those enemies who will be in the crowd of the dancing will take 80/140/200 +(35% AP) magic damage per second. The crews will dance for 4 seconds and will disappear after 3000 units. This crowd moves like an unstoppable wall like a circle of 500 radius. Cool-down is 200/150/100 seconds with a 200 mana cost.

Stats:

Attack 4 Defense 5 Spells 9 Difficulty 10

Health: 475 (+85 per level) Attack damage: 50 (+4 per level) Attack speed: 0.721 (+3.5% per level) Movement speed: 370 (+2% per level) Health regeneration: 8.55 (+0.5 per level) Mana regeneration: 6.8 (+0.3 per level) Armour: 20 (+5 per level) Magic resistance: 30 (+3 per level) Mana: 444 (+65 per level)

Looks: Laviana have a slim and lean figure which will look more buff and stronger as she levels up and if her passive is triggered too much. Her costume will be dark and sleeveless with another dark, black long band from her biceps up to a few inches below the elbow and her costume will cover up to her upper abdomen for a waist band attached with her. She will wear a short trouser with the same band from her knee to an inch above ankles. She also have diamond necklace. Laviana keeps long black hair and she has beautiful and bright blue eyes. She is about 5.6 feet tall with a sharp face and fairly pretty and white skin.

Build Guide:

Game should start with item 2003 health potions and item 2004 mana potions. Or item 1056 Doran’s Ring and item 2003 health potions. Or item 1027 Sapphire Crystal with item 2003 health potions.

item 3089 Rabadon’s Deathcap is critically important for all hard carry mages. item 3128 Deathfire Grasp is a powerful and has a very high AP value. item 3157 Zhyona’s Hourglass is a must too, this is because, its defense system could be important in the early gaming as her defense is weak in the early times. These will be granting her 468 AP.

item 3116 Rylai’s Crystal Scepter is a good defense and offence item Laviana. This item will slow down the enemies which could be important as she doesn’t have much chasing abilities or much crowd control abilities and she becomes more reliant after she uses Flip On. Though she isn’t much of a physical character, item 3110 Frozen Heart could go critically important as crowd control ability.

item 3165 Morellonomicon is one of the most important items needed for Laviana for her cool-downs. All these build can easily grant a 702 AP. This will be enough for her.

For summoner spells, I recommend taking summoner 4 Flash and summoner 14 Ignite offensively.

But in case of Masteries and Runes: 9 marks of magic penetration (4.14 AP) 9 seals of mana regeneration (2.88 mana/5 sec.) 3 quintessence of ability power (11.55 AP) 9 glyphs of ability power (8.28 AP)

I take 16/14/0 in masteries for armor, magic resistance and ability powers.

Ability power altogether will be around 733.16100

Thoughts.

Passive: Does the bonus stack permanently? If not, it's a completely useless passive, if so it's completely broken in long games, especially since it scales with itself.

Q: You might wanna reword this, I can't even understand what this ability does. 500 projectile speed is ridiculously slow, even slower than Anivia's Q. Nobody would get hit by this unless they were under some form of cc.

W: Seriously overpowered. This creates a huge cc/haste zone.

E: 100% damage reduction. Seriously? This would be one of the best abilities in the game, period. Also, Riot doesn't like RNG.

R: This is actually really weak for an ultimate. It travels an insane distance but it would only be a travel speed of 750 units per second. It's about the same as Nami's ult but without any cc and with more damage, a losing trade.
