(Champion Concept) Slön, The Bull Elephant

Slön, The Bull Elephant ** Lore:** Slon was among the thousands of animals that lived in the Idyllic forest with Maokai. He spirited away a herd of elephants into the beautiful and mystical sacred forest of the Shadow Isles. His herd flourished and were insourced with mystical abilities after feasting on the fauna of the land. The herd grew and a hierarchy formed with Slon at the head, regarded as the wisest of all the elephants. Slon was one of the few living creatures to call the mighty Maokai the spirit tree, his friend. As time went on however, Slon became worrisome, as the humans became more unpredictable. Slon could foresee a catastrophe forthcoming from the evil king of the land. He pleaded with Maokai to assist him. He believed the two of them together would be strong enough to take on the humans before they could do anything drastic, but Maokai was hopeful that the king would see the beauty of the land and he would not delve into magics neither he nor his sorcerers fully understood. Maokai was of course wrong. And when it did come time for them to fight, they were far too late, the entire elephant clan was destroyed along with many other animals and spirits. Slon was the only elephant to survive. He completely blamed Maokai and grew furious, the tainted magic of the land twisted his mind more and more, and his rage became uncontrollable. Slon herd information that Maokai was in the league, so he set charge for the Fields of Justice.

Physical Description: As an elephant, Slon is a large champ, I was thinking about the size of, if not a little bigger and wider than Nautilus Nautilus His tusks are sawed off for maximum crushing, and minimum piercing, as dead bodies are tough and messy to get off one's tusks. He has pupiless white eyes, his facial expression is stuck in an angry snarl. Remnants of his past remain as tethers of his old clothing and jewels continue to adorn him.

Role: I see him as being a Support/Jungler

Stats: HEALTH: 530 (+65) HEALTH REGEN: 5 (+0.5) MANA: 300 (+30) MANA REGEN: 3 (+1.25) RANGE: Melee AD: 55 (+3.3) AS: 0.55 (+.125) ARMOR: 35 (+3) MAGIC RES: 30 (+2.5) MOV. SPEED: 355 (+.25)

Abilities: PASSIVE - Wisdom of the Elephants Invisible objects and champions that are placed (or seen) nearby Slon or an allied champion, and either Slon or the ally could physically see it, that object or champion will remain visible for an additional 3 seconds. (increasing as level inscreases to a maximum of 7 seconds at level 18) As long as Slon is on the team, Allies gain this passive without needing him to be nearby. An example of this would be if Teemo Teemo were to plant a shroom in front of an ally in top lane, while Slon is supporting in bot lane, the shroom would remain visible after the initial visible time period for an additional 3 seconds.

Q - Rage of the Elephants Cost: 20 mana at all levels (+ 15 per additional cast within .75 seconds) .70 CD - 350 Max Range (Think about half of Sejuani's Sejuani dash distance) Slon dashes in the cursor direction for a distance of up to 350. Colliding with an enemy champion will stop the charge, but enemy minions will not. Enemy minions hit will be feared for .25 seconds and take 10/13/15/20 true damage over 1 second. This damage does not stack, instead multiple hits will refresh the damage over time count. Enemy Champions hit will have their armor and magic resist stolen by 1(+1.5/2/3) stacking up to 5(12.5/15/20) if repeatedly casting this ability. Stacks last for 1 second. The loss will last for 3 seconds, and the time amount doesn't stack, instead it will reset if the maximum is reached. The amount can be reached to maximum even without hitting an enemy champion, so if it is stacked to maximum the next time it is cast and Slon collides with an enemy champion, the amount stolen will be the maximum so instead of only 1 it will be 5 and so on. Damage dealt is equal to the amount stolen(+.125 ability power) . 3 consecutive casts will get the stacks to maximum amount of stacks, thus allowing 5/12.5/15/20 armor, magic resist, and damage to be done. Impact radius should be similar to Anivia's Anivia Q exploding radius. This can affect more than one champion.

W - Grief of the Elephants Cost: 50/45/40/35/30 mana 11/10/9/8/7 CD - 800 Max Range Forward and 400 Max Range for either left or right. Width of projectiles should be blobs about 150 in diameter. (picture slightly larger than Zac's Zac health blobs) Slon flings out tears of oil in 3 directions: Forward, Left and Right of where he is. Activating this ability again before the projectiles reach their maximum destination will land them immediately. Also hitting an enemy champion will halt their velocity as well. When these tears of oil land, they become blobs that remain on the map for up to 2.5 seconds. Enemy champions that are hit by them, or if they walk over them, become rooted for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, and revealed for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds. PASSIVE: Casting Spirit of the Elephants on an oil tear will ignite it for 5 seconds, revealing the area for about half the range of a green ward item 2044. Enemies that pass through the flames, or champions that have been rooted are also ignited and take 50/70/100/150/200 (+.33 ability power) magic damage and continues to take 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 % current health over 2 seconds magic damage.

E - Spirit of the Elephants Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 mana 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 CD - 700 range. Width should be about the same as Lulu's Q Lulu. Slon spews forth spirit flames for 1.5 seconds. The flames travel towards the cursor. This attack goes through enemies much like Vel'kozs' Velkoz ult does. However it breaks apart when the direction changes instead of staying in a straight line like Vel'kozs' Velkoz ult. Changing their direction causes the flames to swivel towards the cursor like a snake. Think of Rumble'sRumble flamethrower but longer. Continuous damage decreases the longer the individual is hit by it down to a minimum of 70% damage. All enemies hit are also slowed by 15% for 1.5 seconds, this slow amount does not stack, and is reset through repeated hits. Damage dealt is 25/50/75/100/150 (+.40 ability power).

R -* Echoes of the Elephants* Cost: 100 mana at all levels 130/120/110/100 CD - Full map range. Portal width 350. Slon uses the fury of his lost herd to tear open portals across the map. He can open up to 2 portals anywhere on the map. Slon and allied champions can travel through one portal to come out of the other, and vice versa. Portals remain active for 5 seconds, allies can use them freely, any kills or assists Slon receives during this 5 second interval reduces the cooldown of Echoes of the Elephants by 10 seconds. PASSIVE: Crowd control effects are reduced by 10/11/12/15 %

I felt that The league needed more animals, I went through all the animals they already had, and few were missing, but I just felt an Elephant in the Fields of Justice would be all too freakin awesome. I know he seems fairly complicated, but I just really believe he would be so much fun to play. Please feel free to tell me what you think about Slön, The Bull Elephant.

I thought it said sion the bull elephant so i just assumed it was a joke comparing stampeding elephants to his new ult but then I looked back at the title and realized it said slon

Very interesting idea. Riot does need to make some more animal based champs.
