Just an idea of what they might look like alive) Lore: Josh was just a child when he died. He died almost immediately after he was born. But his spirit was too full of life; he was so ready to live the life that was stolen away from him. The reaper was moved by his indomitable spirit, and offered him an option. The reaper told the child, that if the boy wished, he could take his place as the reaper. “It might not bring you back to life,” he told him, “but at the very least, you won’t need to die just yet.” Josh accepted. He became… a reaper. The former reaper told the boy his first task as the reaper, was that he must ferry his soul away. The boy completed the task without hesitation, and set forth to gather more souls to ferry away. He was eternally grateful to the former reaper for allowing him to continue being. He wondered the world, and loved every moment of it. It was such an adventure, he learned and saw so much. It was all so lonely though. Years passed, then decades, then centuries. He began taking advantage of his powers, instead of immediately ferrying away the souls of the dead; he would allow one to stay, taking them all across the world with him, to his favorite places. There was a lot of beauty in the world of the living, and the child was sophisticated enough to enjoy them. The soul was usually grateful for the delay and they would often talk together, usually about the dead person’s life, but Josh was just happy to not feel alone. Unfortunately the souls could only last as long as their spirits would allow, sometimes the boy would forget, and they would fade away into oblivion. Josh decided not to think anything of it; it was their fault for being so weak after all. He continued his search for a real friend to share eternity with, while neglecting his duties; the souls began to pile up while he waited for the inevitable demise of whatever soul he was keeping around him. Sophie was always a strange girl. She became only stranger after she was murdered during a great war between two countries. Her village was completely wiped out by a surprise attack, everyone in the village was slaughtered, even the women and children. Sophie was only 9 years old when she died. Her soul wondered the village and the country for what seemed like hours, but was really years. She had a gift of healing and rejuvenation when she was alive, a quality she hoped would carry on in her spirit. She spent her time going from body to body, lost soul to lost soul, attempting to use her abilities to rejuvenate the spirits, and ease their broken minds. Time was not kind, and her mind began to crumble as it went on. The dead bodies began to rot, but in her eyes it was fascinating, and she fell in love with the entire process. “Life can only be proven through death. Without death, there can be no life. Because of this, death is beautiful… just as life is beautiful. Death is life, and life is death.” The girl would often ramble as she went from corpse to corpse, no longer looking to ease burdens or broken minds, but rather to study them as they fell apart. To her, she was witnessing the life of this spirit, in her own way, she believed, this was helping them too. One day Josh spotted the girl, and he was curious as to what she was doing. He was with another soul from the same village, but he had a particular interest in Sophie. He could sense her spirit was much stronger than the others. He left the soul accompanying him to rot away, and chased after the girl. She was delighted to see a living face. It meant she could witness his life as well, from beginning to end. How fun. Josh found the thought delightful, with any luck; she would actually be able to last until the very end. He was happy to have her along, her personality was really different from everyone else, and she didn’t go on and on about what life was like when she was alive. They adventured through the world year after year. After Josh had shown Sophie all of his most favorite secret places, they set out to find new discoveries. They became completely dependent on each other. They completely forgot how they met, and where they came from, and Josh completely forgot what he was supposed to be doing. Spirit matter began to collect from the rotting souls. It was only a matter of time for the souls, and they grew hateful and vengeful, they attempted to attack the children, but they were no match for a reaper. Josh worried that Sophie could one day get in trouble if they were ever separated for whatever reason, so he shared some of his powers with the girl, as an unforeseen side effect, Josh received some of Sophie’s vitality as well. Sophie had the power, but she needed a weapon, the vengeful spirits became more dangerous with every passing year. They discovered ruins in one of their many travels; they crossed through dangers traps and endless caves to find a silver, enchanted bow. It had no quiver, all that was needed was to draw the string back, and a silver arrow would appear. It fit her perfectly. With this they began slaying the rotting spirits left and right, creating more and more spirit matter, eventually the spirits would follow them around. One night they separated for just a moment. Sophie came across a large pond and decided to investigate; it was not far from where they were playing so she thought she’d be safe. The spirits took the opportunity to destroy the children. They congealed together, to form a powerful demon spirit, and attacked the girl first while she was away from Josh. She fought well but she was not prepared for the new beast and its formidable powers. She tried to warn Josh just before dying, but it was too late, and she couldn’t shout soon enough, the last breath was stolen from her, and she crumbled to silvery spirit matter. The spirits waited nearby for an ambush. Just a few moments after hiding, Josh appeared. He saw Sophie’s bow beside a pile of spirit matter and rushed to what was left of Sophie, tears ran down his face and he grieved over the only person who could ever keep him from being lonely, before a powerful force smashed against his body. He fell into the bond, dropping his ever present reaper’s scythe beside Sophie’s bow. The demon took hold of the weapon, and ignoring the searing pain that surged through its body brought on by the reaper’s weapon, it cut through Josh’s skull, tearing it apart. The reaper’s weapon had done enough damage however, to separate the spirits and accelerate their decomposition, turning them all to spirit matter. Josh turned to dust as well, he only just managed to pull himself out of the pond before collapsing to golden ash beside the silvery pile of his beloved friend. Death cannot keep the strong bound however. Uncountable time passed, all the while they gathered themselves together, and drew on the spirit matter of the souls all left to rot, forming themselves into twists of something they once were. Unable to remember what they were before, and what they looked like, they did their best to come up with something humanoid at best. Their minds were just as twisted as their bodies, Josh began smiling and laughing uncontrollably, life is what amused him the most. People, they were all scurrying about their pointless lives. Sophie began crying crocodile tears, unable to smile or laugh anymore, she embraced the only emotion she had left, and cried whenever she got to witness a person’s full life lived out. They came back with the same features for the most part, and were called The Legendary Half-Dead Twins. For all they knew, they were twins, and loved the name. One thing they did know for sure, was that they could never be apart, there was a strong connection between the two, that they didn’t even understand, they knew only, as long as they wished to survive, they needed to stay together. They terrorized the towns and people to pass the time. People knew when it was the Twins by the golden aura outlining Josh, and the silver aura outlining Sophie. Neither new where these auras came from, but they just assumed it was from their life before. Slaughtering the humans grew boring however, and they sought out more challenging entertainment. Eventually this led them to the league. Their new playground…

Physical Description: Josh is marked with a golden aura and a twisted smile, Sophie has a silver aura and is sad and constantly crying without being able to shed tears. They did their very best to reform themselves but just didn’t have the strength to get everything just right. The faces they made for themselves faded away every time, so they just gave up. In an attempt to create two feet for themselves, they accidentally made one each. They kept it this way because it was fun to hop around. They’re still just kids after all. Josh and Sophie have weapons that are just too big for them. Years of use have helped them adjust but it’s still obvious that they’re a bit oversized and they would both benefit from having a smaller weapon. Role: I see them as being a Top/Bot champion duet but I think they would do well in mid as well. Stats:

Abilities: PASSIVE: **JOSH – Josh The Reaper Killing an enemy unit with a basic attack allows their soul to linger, leaving an untargetable, uncontrollable spirit of the creature. It lasts for 3 seconds or 3 of its basic attacks. Spirits deal half damage and prioritize champions, Josh can only have 3 spirits at a time. Josh must be toggled in order for this passive to take effect. SOPHIE – Healing Touch of the Half Dead Killing an enemy unit with a basic attack feeds the distorted desires of Sophie, rejuvenating her and her twin brother Josh with health and mana. They receive 25 (+5 per level) health and 15 (+2 per level) mana over 3 seconds. The amount is evenly split between the two, however if only one of them is missing health, then they receive the full amount instead of sharing it. The amount is doubled if the enemy unit is a champion. Sophie must be toggled in order for this passive to take effect. Both - Sibling Soul Tether It is possible to sacrifice your twin, in a desperate attempt to save them. If Either Sophie or Josh gets stunned, or trapped, and all hope is lost for them, sever the tether. Leave them to die, then whoever you choose to control will have their health continuously reduced -40 health per 5 seconds until reaching 1. They will cease regenerating health, and returning to the fountain will not heal them. The only way to survive is to feed off the spirit strength of others. Attacking enemy units will slowly increase the physical being of your twin. The more damage done, the quicker this will occur, in addition 50% of the damage dealt is given as health. Though the health reduction debuff will continue to be in effect until your twin is resurrected. Once resurrected your twin returns with 50% health and the twin you’re controlling will also have their health increased to 50%. Soul regeneration amount is .05% per 1 damage dealt after defenses. Q – JOSH **– Heavy Scythe Josh infuses his golden aura into his scythe increasing the size and weight. His scythe smashes into the ground tearing through all enemies near the targeted enemy. Enemies that die with this attack have their spirit matter collected by Josh’s aura, which returns to him after the attack to permanently increase his health, his armor, and his magic resist. Champions and large monsters double this amount. Armor and MR gained this way are capped at 150 each. Specs: Damage: 30(+1ad)(+.5ap) 45(+1.1)(+.55) 60(+1.2)(+.6) 80(+1.3)(+.65) 100(+1.4)(+.75) Cool Down: 15 12 10 7 5 Cost (health): 10 12 13 15 20 Health Gained: 1 1.25 1.5 2 3 Armor Gained: 1 1.5 1.75 2 2.25 MR Gained: .5 .75 1 1.5 2

W – JOSH – Fury of Souls Josh sends his golden aura to outline an enemy champion. The aura is made up of spirit matter however, and the enemy champion cannot withstand the voices and weight of the aura. The aura reveals, fears, and slows the enemy champion. Specs: Cool Down: 11 10 9 8 7 Cost (mana): 20 25 30 40 45 F&S Duration: .5 .75 1 1.25 1.5 Slow %: 15% 20% 25% 30% 35%

E – **JOSH **– Sophie! Josh summons all his strength and dashes to his sister’s location to end in front of her. Heavy Scythe is applied to Josh’s next basic attack and Enemy champions in the path take damage and are knocked back, if the enemies are knocked back into a wall, they are stunned and the damage is increased based on the number of champions were knocked back. Distance of the knock back is based on the distance Josh traveled. Specs: Damage if knocked into a wall: 50(+.3ap) X number of champs knocked back 80(+.45ap) X number of champs knocked back 100(+.55ap) X number of champs knocked back 150(+.65ap) X number of champs knocked back 200(+.7ap) X number of champs knocked back Damage: 50(+.3ap) 80(+.45ap) 100(+.55ap) 150(+.65ap) 200(+.7ap) Cool Down: 25 20 18 16 14 Cost (mana): 75 75 75 75 75

Q – SOPHIE – Silver Arrows Sophie infuses her silver aura into her next arrow which explodes with her aura on contact. All enemy units that die from this ability have their spirit matter absorbed into Sophie’s aura which returns to Sophie after the damage is dealt permanently increasing her mana pool, her health regen, and her attack range. Champions and large minions double this amount. Additional Range and Health Regen gained this way is capped at 200, and 35 per 5 seconds respectively. Specs: Damage: 50(+.55ap) 65(+.55ap) 80(+.55ap) 100(+.55ap) 120(+.55ap) Cool Down: 13 11 10 8 6 Cost (mana): 35 50 60 75 80 Mana Gained: 1 1.5 2 2.25 2.5 H. Regen Gained: .25 .5 .75 1 1.25 A. Range Gained: .05 .75 1 1.5 2

W – SOPHIE – Vantage Point Sophie raises a large pillar underneath her feet for 3 seconds. During this time she becomes untargetable, she cannot move and is revealed. She fires a number of silvery arrows infused with her aura. These arrows are skill shots, they can only hit enemy champions and deal 20% reduced damage for consecutive hits, down to 20% damage. Each individual arrow’s damage is 100(+.60ap). In addition, because Sophie loves observing death and the dying, however gruesome we might find this, it only helps to rejuvenate her. Any creatures, whether they are friend or foe that is slain during the time she is observing on her pillar, she gains a percentage of the damage dealt as health. Sophie doesn’t have to fire any arrows while on her pillar, whether she does or doesn’t, she still receives a percentage of the damage dealt in the area as health. Enemy champions that are damaged give double the amount. The pillar is a solid object that counts as a wall, if timed correctly, Josh can make it on the pillar with Sophie by using his E, if this happens, no attacks or abilities can be done by either of them, neither of them can move, and Sophie is still the only one to receive any health benefits. Josh can only make it on the pillar by using his **E **ability. Health regained through damage dealt refers to all killing blows. Number of Arrows: 1 2 3 4 5 Cool Down: 20 17 15 13 9 Cost (mana): 75 100 110 120 130 % Health Gained: 15% 20% 25% 30% 35%

E – SOPHIE – Silver Dust Sophie sends her aura to a targeted area for 3 seconds. Her aura being full of the resentment, hatred, and diseases of the dead, that it hurts any enemy that’s inside it. It becomes a silvery death cloud that saps enemy units of their speed and health through continued exposure. The damage is in per second of exposure. Damage: 20(+.25ap) 30(+.25ap) 40(+.25ap) 50(+.25ap) 60(+.25ap) Cool Down: 7 6.5 6 5.5 5 Cost (mana): 30 40 50 60 65 Slow: 10% 15% 20% 25% 27%

R – JOSH & SOPHIE – Twins Josh and Sophie are one. Everything they do is together, essentially, they need each other to survive. Still, they have their own abilities, and their own strengths and weaknesses. Experienced earned is split between the two of them. They begin with R already unlocked and can put one point in any of their other three skills. Changing between one or the other opens new abilities. They need to be selected in order to choose an ability to level up. This means that putting a point in Josh’s Q does not mean that a point will go into Sophie’s** Q as well, instead, you would need to toggle Sophie in order to put a point in one of her abilities. Killing only one of the twins will activate the passive Sibling Soul Tether. While one of the twins is active, the other twin will basic attack whatever the player is attacking at 25% damage. These attacks cannot crit. toggling between the twins costs nothing and has no cooldown. This allows for some interesting combos and strategies. Your twin can be told where to move by holding down the alt key and right clicking, although they will always attack what their other twin is attacking. They both have their own health bars, but they share their mana pool, so keeping track of mana is essential to playing The Twins of Legend effectively. If they are told where to move, and what the player is attacking is out of their attack range, they won’t attack, instead they’ll stay back. However, being far away from each other makes them sad and unable to function, so they can only move a certain distance away from each other before walking back to their twin. Leveling up R **strengthens the bond they share, increasing the distance they can be from each other, as well as increasing their base health. Base Health increase: 0 150 300 Distance increase: 0 50 150

Please feel free to tell me your thoughts, suggestions. As you can see, I can’t draw very well, but I did my best, if you like the champ idea, and want to draw the concept in a way that really brings it to life, I would be more than grateful. My idea for their first skin is Raggedy Josh and Sophie Long-Stalkings. These are all working numbers, and can be adjusted in whatever way to make them more synergetic. I didn’t put any ranges because I’m not entirely sure what’s reasonable and what isn’t. Thanks for reading all of this :D

I did this on Microsoft Word with tables and such, transferring it to here kind of janked it up a bit. I think it's still fairly readable, I hope so. If I should change it to make it more readable let me know, but hopefully it's okay this way. :D
