A new item (Wind Dancer's Oath)

Sometimes, when I play a champion and use the Tear of the Goddess item, I wish there was an attack speed item to build out of it. Utilizing mana to %buff attack speed (and maybe to the upgraded version some movespeed or tenacity) okay time to build it built: Tear of the Goddess + Stinger + 750 gold (2,600 gold total)

stats: 250 mana 30% attack speed

passive: Awe: grants .01% of attack speed for every 25 points of mana. Refunds 15% of mana cost Unique passive: Mana Charge: (refer to manamune)

Upgrade at 750 mana: Zephyr's Tribute 1000 mana 60% attack speed Passive: Awe: same Unique passive: Typoon: auto attacks hit twice and consumes 3% of current mana, is dealt as magic damage based off of mana consumed (1 damage per 10 mana[help balance me!]) Small text: Here unto the blessing of the Gods of the gale, Zephyr, enchant my blows with your might.

Reasons why i'd purchase this: I attack quickly and can consume a lot of mana I need a large mana pool and the attack speed is nice I would like to get additional attack speed mainly, and the mana helps sustain abilities I don't want Muramana or Seraph's Embrace but I have a maxed out TotG. I'm also a jungler who needs the mana and attack speed.
