Name: Zarum O'Connel Age: 16 Faction: Piltover Role: Support/Mage

Lore: An odd boy growing up, Zarum is the prime example youthful dreaming and an intelligent tinkering. As a boy, Zarum did his best to heal his friends when he got into scrapes, and was the youngest medical professional to leave Piltover.

To aid his medicine, he created a medi-bot prototype that one will wear on their backs to aid the sick and wounded. Though being the only prototype, the issues that plague the user is radiation poisoning.

Abilities: Proto-ionic core: He gains a buff to his auto heal similar to half a warmogs Gains 1 radiation per second in combat, 10 second cooldown. Out of combat, gains healing buff At 100% radiation meter, he gains debuff 1stac: healing reduced by half 2stacks: healing is halved again, resistance and movement reduced by 15% 3stacks: no base heal rate 4stacks: 1% current health lost every 10 seconds 5/Max stacks: 1% current health lost every 5 seconds

Passive idle: vents radiation and doubles health regen

Q: Cure debuff Randomly removes a debuff on himself and his target, cannot remove silence or stuns if they are the only effect Range: 0-500 Cooldown: 20 seconds (20/18/16/14/12)

I like this a lot because I can't understand 70% of it. The general feel that I'm getting is something ridiculously new. Your champion is plagued, but he uses his disease...or rather fights through his disease and abuses it to the benefit of his allies. I honestly can't tell how balanced this is or not, but for the sheer joy of wanting to see this come to life I give it my full support. If I've interpreted this champion incorrectly, please forgive me, but I really haven't come across anything like this yet. It seems...fresh..(too fresh? XD). I'll definitely say that I'm sure that implementing a lot of this would actually be a huge pain, but I feel as though you'd have this Clunky Ezreal/Viktor with a small Yorick on his back going around and healing everyone or letting the Yorick go so it can deal occasional damage. This is like the mad scientist son Singed never had, but he turned into a combination of Soraka and Mundo along the way. For (what I'm pretty sure can only be called) originality, I'm all over this!
