Q: RNGesus destroys target friendly or enemy minion causing it to throw 3 shards out dealing 50, 65, 80, 95, 110 magic damage (+0.75 AP) to 3 random enemy units prioritizing champs. Can crit. Range 575. 60 mana. Cooldown 20 seconds.
W: RNGesus places an immobile minion down that increases allied units crit chance by 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15% and move speed by 15% around it. Can be targeted by Q. Range 500. Duration 15 seconds. Cooldown 12, 11, 10, 9, 8. (30 mana)
E: Increases RNGesus's attack speed by 10, 20, 30, 40, 50% and adds a 30% slow to his attacks. Duration 4 seconds. Cooldown 10 seconds. Mana: 50, 60, 70, 80, 90
R: RNGesus charges his next attack having a 100% chance to crit and knocking the enemy unit in the air for 1.5 seconds. 100/90/80 mana. Cooldown 100/80/60 seconds.
