First off i'd like to congragulate you on winning your new car!!!! Just call 381-51...

Okay, now that i've got your attention... I've been playing since just about day 1. You've constantly chosen to change the old instead of invent the new.

Riot, you've become akin to a tv series that's gone on too long. Instead of making new and interesting seasons and episodes you've chosen to change the whole cast and kill off the characters everybody knows and loves.

Off the top of my head i'll list the champions you butchered, and the champions you improved. I left out any that it made no difference to.

Add Karma to the RIP list and we're good. Everything about her has been taken away, as a character she is beyond unrecognisable. Riot say they respect older champs yet Karma is somehow the exception to this rule. Riot doesn't even like to talk about her, whenever she has changes on pbe we can't get context until they release the patch notes. She has unfinished animations and a rushed kit which lacks cohesion. Looking at Karma today just reminds me how full of shit Riot actually is tbh.

Soraka was like an almost-healer before, and her overall design was generally pretty terrible. So no, they didn't really ruin her there. Zilean's rework also improved him.

And Karma's rework was anything but a "save". They changed one of the most unique mage supports in the game and made her pretty bland by comparison.

Alright, here's my opinion on it.

Morde: yeah you're right he's screwed. Ryze: Still better than other iterations. Gangplank actually exists late game since the rework. Eve has been disgusting since creation, and she stills works now. They're going for a rework. Kat, just needs numbers tuning, she's more predictable in how she moves and to deal damage she HAS to go melee range instead of Q spam in lane till oneshot. Soraka's never not been toxic and unfun to play with/against. TF, fine. His ad/on-hit builds were alright, kinda. His ad jg needed to be nerfed as he'd kill people in stun time. Bruiser Nid, alright losing that lost some fun and she's in a bad spot right now. But because of nerfs to her over time for it being a toxic experience. AP Yi was disgusting, thoroughly bs till the very end. No one likes dealing with heimer, he's basically the same but with more interaction involved now. I mean, it's Kassadin, he still does the exact same thing in a fight so the complaint doesn't exist. Rengar one shots all the same, but can build tankier now aswell, just like original. AP Sion was a pure you get stunned and watch as you eventually die to W. AP Trist was meh at best, and it stopped her AD from being decent because of how her kit worked, E because useless unless you had 700+ap and oneshot, even then it was boring. Zilean works just the same. Darius is far more fun to play and the enemies know when to back off. Poppy, despite being horrible to play against, it's still miles better than the original. Shen, alright he's not the same anymore.

Trundle didn't change almost AT ALL, can't really say he changed if all it was, was W being a different weakness covered. Karma players argued this was a failure, her W still is the least fun and the most dull part of her. You actually just said the rework saved Skarner. He's a massive failure, his passive is forced onto someone that it doesn't work on, and he's balanced around it so he's always much, much stronger within it and slightly below average out of it. But he can snowball like any other fighter and crush people if your comp and the enemy comp align correctly you just don't pick him unless you main him.

Karma and Skarner aren't saved while Trundle is the only one that seems perfectly fine. I'm not sure much about Skarner, but there have been a ton of complaints about him from his mains. Karma lost 2/3 of her kit since her rework, she isn't fine, she wasn't saved and she is certainly getting worse as we speak. Its sad that people firmly believe she is fine, especially in her current state.
