If I were to rework LeBlanc, The Deceiver

is a champion no one really like anymore. She is just a push a button and you are deleted and it doesn't match her theme as a deceiver. I have thought about it really hard and I think I will nail down two points.

1. It will open up more variety in her game play besides of just push buttons and they are gone.

2. Not only will this match her lore as a deceiver, but it will make her a crowd control assassin. If executed well she will be leaving the masses confused, but if done poorly she will pay dearly for it with her life.

(P) Passive: Mirror Image

When LeBlanc drops below 40% health, she becomes invisible for 1 second and creates a Mirror Image that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds. This Clone can also cast a non-damaging (W) Distortion in the direction of the mouse after it is revealed.

(Q) Shattered Orb

Leblanc projects an orb on an enemy. After a brief delay the orb shatters, dealing 75/95/115/135/155(30% AP) to all nearby enemies. The initial target takes double damage.

(W) Distortion

This ability remains the same. It is a very iconic ability on her and I can't think of anything else.

(E) Ethereal Chains

Leblanc summons her staff at a target location, dealing 25/40/55/70/95(25% AP) and chains all enemies hit by it. After a brief delay the chains snap, dealing 50/70/90/110/130(40%) damage and snaring enemies for 1.25 seconds. Using her Q or W on the staff will instantly snap the chains.

(R) Ultimate: Whispers of Insanity

Passively, an illusion will take place of Leblanc to cast her non-ultimate spell. This illusion will last for 2/3/4 seconds before disappearing. This passive has a 60/40/20 second cooldown and can scale with CDR. Your abilities will shimmer when the illusion is ready to be fired

Active: Leblanc uses her magic to inflict 200/300/400(60%) damage instantly in an AoE and create an illusion of the enemy champion. For 5/6/7 seconds the illusion will deal 50% damage to that specific champion and has 5 hit points. Range champions take 1 hp off per auto and melee takes 2 hp off per auto. Other allies can kill the illusions as well so it will be easier to focus one down faster.

The whole reason behind this is because she needs a rework clearly but it has to match her theme as a deceiver who controls the battle field. She needs to manipulate her skills in a way that it becomes clear to the enemy and to her what she is doing. The current LB is just too easy to know that she is going to delete you. With this rework of her kit, she can either use herself or her illusion to cast the spell for her. This also opens up a clear weakness that facing a LB has, which is her insane burst. With the removal of her mark and giving her more aoe options gives her more farming tools from range and she can no longer tether herself to said champion. She can just w while tethering herself making it near impossible to escape her. With the new (E) she no longer be able to keep herself with the enemy which is good for safety of LB and makes it easier for the enemy to escape (unless it is her/illusion that uses (W) or Q to instantly proc it) If her (R) Passive is on CD and she does it herself she will dive head first into the enemy and die, if it is an illusion then don't worry about it you are safe. It is just a game Leblanc is playing and winning. Her new (R) should make her what she really is, someone who is controlling the battlefield from afar and letting the enemy fight among themselves and then she takes their life if she should please. I hope this fills the archetype of the who is everywhere and nowhere at once. Please feel free to make any criticism about this post so it can fit both the Leblanc theme and gameplay balance.
