Toxicity behavior through the years of league.

I will only say this once, this will not be a heartfelt letter towards riot or their staff about how they run, but a message on player's influence over the years. I know people are complaining about Tyler1 being permaban over his toxic behavior and there's some right and some wrong with this ban. There are many toxic players out there who are still trolling the hell out of people who want to climb the game and get better, such as myself, and no matter how much chat restrictions you put on them, it will not stop them from being who they are and what they do. I am a veteran (6th account) at this game and I've been playing since season 1 and I've seen the community growing and things changing with new ideas and new ways to collaborate on how things should be fixed. You can argue about professionalism and saying we don't want a community hating each other, but that's who these people and there's nothing that we can do about it because that's who they are.

The same thing goes to the LCS or twitch, no matter how good are you, no matter how much time and effort you put yourself to be where you want to be, you are going to be yourself and your personality is what drives the game to be this fun and exciting that I'm still surprised I'm playing to this day. Do people need to control themselves over little mistakes? Yes. Do people need to know it's a game? Yes. But can we tell them to stop? No. This is just how it is and how we can manage it until WE can fix ourselves for the better and WE can still be this fantastic community that I still love.

Most people want me to talk about C9 Meteos and his behavior is worst than Tyler1, but that's just how he is. If the person doesn't like the behavior, a simple mute is all that will do, but if that person is making other people attack the same person, then that is worthy of a ban in my opinion. It can not be just "oh he's toxic bye-bye forever" no it has to be the one is encouraging others to assault that person.

That's all I have to say for now. As Galio says; "A guardian is always prepared."

Do you think Tyler1 should be banned based on his popularity or his gameplay?

He wasn't. He was banned because he continued to circumvent perma-bans by constantly creating/buying new accounts, and continued to break the rules after doing so.

Him being a streamer just made it easier to bring to Riot's attention.
