Teemo Rework?

Is teemo ever going to get a rework? Im not sure how healthy temmo is overall but to me he seems sorta vulnerable, at least when im playing ap teemo, due to his lack of decent crowd control. Sure he can survive getting dived if he shroomed his tower but idk he just doesnt feel as reliable to use as any other champion, like if you played this way it should let you win 60% of the time. For me, when playing teemo he seems very reliant on the match up, more so than other champions: if you can survive the lane and if you can get away with split pushing forever based on the enemy team's comp. Teemo in a teamfight is just chucking shrooms, thats it. Most cc abilities and aoe abilities have a longer or equal range to his auto's which shuts out his main form of damage. If he gets close anyway he will be blown up from being squishy unless you go tankmo. Idk maybe this is just a me problem. Im always experimenting with new builds for him but Im not sure which one will give me that consistency that I want while still being ap teemo.
