Anyone know where Ao Shin is in production or whatever happened to this glorious concept?

Last thing I saw is that it was delayed into 2016
The Wiki knows. The Wiki always knows. Look at the footnotes on the Ao Shin page.
From what I remember, he's shelved, BIG TIME. For all we know, he isn't even a storm Dragon anymore. Or even named Ao Shin.
