Safe way to contact Riot employees directly to protect from Plagiarism

I've seen a couple posts here and there around the boards of players with great concepts in their minds and for every 1 of them there are 10 people willing to take it. plagiarism sucks! [slayer-jinx-unamused] could we collaberate on a safe way to interact with riot employee's (Obviously not in a spam context) to get these great ideas across? [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] These boards arent 100% safe on saying who created what/who unless prepared far ahead of time.

No, because unless a specific concept is loved by a large majority of the entire playerbase, the concept just won't exist. Additionally, 99% of all the champion concepts here are stereo-typical anime tropes created by kids barely in their teens who want to seem -hardcore-.

To subject Rioters to that would be paramount to torture, and would make this containment board redundant.
