Why not? is he not obsessed with Death, Kindred is Death's embodiment, does he not have a single comment to the thing he admires? [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Jhin isn't obsessed with death itself. He's obsessed with the whole murdering aspect of it. He could care less about the entity of Death, he just wants to end people in artistic and "beautiful" ways.

He has no interest in death. Probably to Jhin, Kindred just looks like another entity who isn't artistic. There's plenty of murderers. Jhin is all about making people beautiful by killing. He doesn't care about them dying though.

But you missed my point. He doesn't actually care about the entity of death. In an artistic analogy, death is only the canvas on which he creates his art. A painter doesn't really regard the canvas as much more than an object in which to paint. Jhin's art is to create a spectacular, artistic death. His art is in the murder, the corpse being the piece he leaves for all to see. Death is only a mechanism to achieve that goal.

I saw what you were getting at, but at a practical stand point, why can he fat shame Tahm in front of him but doesn't even notice Kindred? its just weird thematically.

Well, it most likely has to do with file space and interactivity. Most of his taunts tend to be to people directly linked to his story and people who would be in his lane (ADCs and Supports). There's an occasional outsider to this, but space for voices is limited, and it's possibly the odd ball champs that got quotes are favorites of the design team.

Idk. She looks more ethereal than even nocturne. I think she's misrepresented simply because riot would make people mad if she was invisible/untargetable . It's like the story of the girl who leads you to the afterlife. Not every champ is a humanoid. They're just made to look like that so you can manipulate them in game. He doesn't say anything probably because of riot just not knowing kindreds true place in league.
