Unique Champion Idea: Master Of Inertia

Quick overview of a champion idea I had that feels pretty unique from the rest of the roster. Just gonna skim over what the abilities would look like. I also have no idea about the lore, feel free to come up with a story for me.

Passive: Every enemy within a large area of him builds up inertia based on their movement speed. It builds up faster when they run in a straight line. He also builds up inertia which gives him movement speed in the same way, His inertia is consumed when he attacks and functions like a deadman's plate. His other abilities interact with inertia.

Q: Charges up a thin skill shot taunt which hits minions but stops after hitting the first champion. (It would be like a big clap that projects a shockwave.) Taunted enemies build up inertia several times faster than normal

W: Select an enemy unit then pushes them in a direction with the distance and damage based on (and consuming) their inertia and slowing them. Activated like Taliyah e but targeted for first part.

E: A dash that holds two charges. The distance is dependent on his inertia and both charges are consumed if the first dash hits a champion. It does more damage to enemies moving towards him and knocks back champions based on their inertia.

R: (This one is up for change, im not super committed to this ult and would love to hear ideas) He consumes all nearby enemies' inertia, slowing them and gaining him the same amount, for a few seconds he gains longer range and doesn't lose inertia upon attacking

He's meant to play like Gragas' R-E combo. He'd be a very skill oriented bruiser who'd have to arrange his cc correctly in order to move the enemy correctly. I'd envision him as countering champs like quinn, hecarim, or other champs with fast engages.
