Deep Terror Thresh and Illaoi

I can't believe no one has made any art work of these two considering they are basically Davy Jones and Kalypso from Pirates of the Caribbean. Problem for me is... I suck at art, I can't draw to save Senna's soul. So I think it'd be cool if someone with artistic skills could draw this.
