Top Lane Tips

Ok so, I see this way to often in norms and I thought maybe some people could use a few tips to be a more devastating top laner. 1: The 0/5 enemy top laner that you curb stomped suddenly starts getting aggressive and trying to provoke a fight with you? This is a sign that the jungler is near. 2: Look. At. Your. Mini map. I never fully engage if the jungler has been MIA for awhile, I always wait to go in. Checking every lane and death timer, this is probably the most important. 3: Learn to read your opponent, everyone has their preferred combos or engage methods, if you learn to pick up on this, you can avoid alot of easily avoidable damage. Go into the bushes to drop aggro after a trade to avoid taking shit loads of minion damage.

Recognize level power spikes (like the lvl 6 and lvl 9 power spike especially if they are already a higher level then you and try to avoid fighting them until you catch up)

dont freeze the lane post 6 because it will let the enemy top laner free roam, so always push in the wave post 6

Point 3 is bassicaly related to mindgames . You play your opponent , or he plays you . Get your game on .

Gotta remember I'm trying to appeal to an audience that may not have the same skill level as you or I, buy yea you're 100% correct

Yes and no, the junglers job is to make bot lane and mid easier for their teammates. Top lane doesn't get as much love, or shouldn't if the jungler is playing correctly, as bot and mid do. That being said, you cant just go around top and do whatever and hope the jungler doesn't show. You just have to be more self reliant if you're playing top. You're job is to basically crush your lane
