Make skins for IP as well?

Just as title says I think this would be a good idea. I've bought many skins with RP myself so this isn't because I'm "cheap" but just so after you've bought every champion and have 50k IP sitting in bank you'll be able to buy a skin. I know people pride themselves with their bought skins with their earned money but I think making skins be able to be bought with IP can benefit the game somewhat. For example people will play longer hours so they can earn IP to collect skins for each of their favorite champs.

To make this fair to riot, a skin such as assassin yi would be 35,000 IP, skin such as challenger ahri 70,000, infernal nasus 125,000, and SGU/PFE 200,000 each.

Or, make a system where you can trade like 5000 IP for 50 RP or whatever is fair.
