SGU/PFE NEEDED changes.

Why are PFE/SGU are able to be acquired in 490 RP mystery boxes? It makes the skin less rare because some people basically get it free and also makes some people like me not want to get the VU at full price when people can get it from mystery boxes. At least put it on sale to make it fair to those who are paying more than 490 RP . Zzz
