(Champion Concept) Siegfried, the Inspiring General

Role: Support

to be clear, this guy is meant to not be offensive at all, but supply his allies with different buffs to help them push and defend harder.

passive: Rally, friendly minions in a radius around Siegfried move 10/15/20% faster and deal an additional 5/10/15 damage. Allied champions around Siegfried regenerate 0.5/1/1.5% of their maximum health every 5 seconds. Siegfried gains 5 armor and magaic resist for each nearby allied champion.

Q: Inspire, Siegfried inspires target champion, giving them increased armor and attack damage for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. Grants the target champion 10/15/20/25/30 armor and attack damage. mana cost: no cost Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds

W: Banners Raised, Passive: Siegfried's banners fill his allies with hope. champions in an area around Siegfried have an additional 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% bonus in their attack damage and ability power.

E: Hold the Line, Siegfried encourages his allies around him to not retreat and to hold the enemy back. Siegfried and allies around him all gain an additional 2/4/6/8/10% armor and magic resist bonus for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. Mana cost: No cost Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds.

R: Answer the Call, Siegfried blows a war horn for 3 seconds. At the end of the channel, All allied champions on the map are teleported to his location and gain a massive movement and attack speed boost. Champions that are teleported gain 20/40/60% increased movement speed and attack speed for 2/3/4 seconds. mana cost: No cost Cooldown: 160/140/120 seconds

Lore: Not many soldiers in the Demacian army match the courage or the zeal of General Siegfried. Once a lowly grunt under the command of a general, his time came when under attack while patrolling near a demacian border. His patrol was ambushed by soldiers under the command of Darius, the hand of Noxus. While the Fight raged around, Darius and the General of Siegfried's patrol engaged in single combat. While more skilled and nimble than Darius, the general couldn't pierce the man's armor nor could he match the hammering blows of Darius' axe. With one hit, the general's sword was shattered and the axe caught him in his side, almost cleaving him in two. Darius turned, unimpressed, and went about finishing the patrol. Siegfried ran to the general and asked what should he do, as he was now the commander. But the general's life had left him. Siegfried was about to order a retreat, when he saw the general's banner lying on the ground. He grasped it, and was instantly filled with courage. in a bellowing voice, he ordered his troops to not give up the fight. They fought with such ferocity that even Darius was impressed. Siegfried lead his troops home, Filled with new purpose and inspired by their new general.
