(Potential?) bug with rek'sai and sated Devourer. Makes it very hard to fight her if not impossible.

I just played a ranked game where the enemy rek'sai built sated devourer. I noticed that every time she used her Q after a basic attack that all three spins would be phantom hits. Idk if this is intentional (I hope not) or if this is a bug but I hope it is addressed if it is.
