well my 2nd idea : markov the spinning death

nationality: zaun

weapon: demonic blades (his hands {prototype} style)

so passive: absolute carnage markov gains movement speed the lower health he has

q: no escape

markov leaps towards an enemy giving them a stack of demonic vengeance

upon 3 stacks gathered the next leap will stun

w: no resistance

markov strikes his foes at the pressure points ( he learned martial arts before he had knives the size of garens sword for fingers) slowing them

e: flee/run

markov teleports towards an enemy champion stunning them(flee)

then if he presses e again he knocks back enemies (run)

and finally my most favourite part

r: bladestorm

markov slowly spins towards a target

steadily gaining movement speed and turning into a storm of slashes

once markov reaches his target he cuts through them and back before knocking them away

his abilities cost demonic might ( he gains it with basics)

1. whelp consider this his lore

"sometimes you are lucky to be alive

others you feel like the rest of the world exists just to torment you

the latter is my feeling towards the world

markov was a gifted warrior and a master of strategy and tactics

naturally winning street fights and brawls because of his talents

until came the incident that scarred the juvenile strategist's sanity forever

the mad dr.mundo experimented on the young man so much that the demon al'kathun possessed the man just before death markov was horrified at what he became

an abomination with claws for fingers and fangs for teeth he found out he could at will he escaped and looked at a mirror

that is when he fully realized what he had become

removing his shirt revealed massive gashes and cuts covering his entire chest with 1 arm amputated and replaced by a demonic claw he soon left zaun in the dead of night never to be seen again the one person he actually regretted leaving was his sister (i know crazy right? no pun intended) he soon was known as "the red terror" because of the blood red color his eyes emit at all times and was found by the institute of war while stalking the area

when asked why he was around there he said " i do not know,all i remember IS SEEING THAT MAD MAN CUTTING ME OPEN BEFORE I WENT UNCONCIOUS" he ten was asked if he would want to join the league and he said "we guess (al'kathun,should we go to that league of theirs?"al'kathun":i suppose so human) fine we shall participate in this "league" only until we find HIM( ) from then on he was regularly seen in the league staring at his foes with unquenchable desire for vengeance
