League of Legends (PH) just hosted an event called 'Nightmare in Summoner's Rift" and I just want to share some of it here since there's not enough 'Eastern' skins found in-game. [and also because I remember some rioter posting something regarding skins that are mythology-themed from other countries]. Since the names of the skin concepts does not actually have an English translation, I'll try my best to translate it using English words.

I love the Syndra one, but that's probably because it's not spoooopy and it's pretty.

Syndra and trundle ones are works of art. I love them.

The first five all look incredible. Love the new takes on Trundle, Gnar, and Zyra, and the fire Vel'Koz works so so well.

those would all be really cool skins. Even the last one; an Earth-Themed Lissandra would be tight. I think the first one is the best though, and i don't even play syndra :3

I love the Mambabarang Syndra. That looks awesome! Not to mention the Santelmo Vel'Koz. I would love to see them make skins based on them. :D

First of all as a PH Player (who is still truly devoted to NA Servers), Bakonawa is the first and foremost my favorite due to the lore/fable within it, I think this would fit Ao Shin if ever he comes to flesh. The Mananagal and Aswang are then my most favorite concepts to come into flesh. How bout a Tiyanak (Imagine zombie Baby) for Annie, Tikbalang (Head of a Horse, Body of a Man) for Hecarim and / or Kapre (Large smoking giants that hides on top of trees) for Graves (since he's the only one I know smoking in the League)...

But yeah! Nice to see you got this from the PH Forums.
