Suggestions regarding the Summoner's Rift

Champions

Akali

  • Her Q should travel more faster, so that when she Q>R combo, right after her R finishes dashing to the enemy champion, her Q already marked that champion for a quick E/Auto-attack follow up. There are circumstances where she Q>R>E to an enemy champion and she already finished R>E without the Q reaching her target yet.
  • Make her Twilight Shroud so that she gains increased % base energy regen inside the shroud when out of combat for 2 seconds, while also increasing it's cost, for the compensation, maybe?

Talon

  • Already got a suggestion for his new E rename: Crippling Strike
  • If you feel like it, why not make it this way: Talon blinks behind his target, slowing them for 99% for 0.25 seconds while hitting them once, applying on-hit effects (delays his next auto attack just a bit) and amplifying his damage against that target for 3 seconds. If you do it this way, then rename it Backstab

Azir

  • To fix the thing where Azir single-handedly kills Baron without even breaking a sweat with his 40% CDR, then make it like this: when casting W inside Baron's Pit, they react the same way as they were if they were summoned near turrets, the only difference is, they can still attack but with decreased attackspeed. Make it also that it behaves just like when you cast W directly to the turret, if you directly cast W onto Baron, then deal flat magic damage instead.
  • Reduce the size when casting W onto a turret, making it so that Azir can summon a sand soldier just exactly beside the enemy turret.

Gameplay

Baron Nashor

  • Utilize his full model/potential. Make the twin faces beside his own face do basic attacks instead of the main (centre) head, dealing 45% of the supposed damage. Both of the twin face behaves like an individual being, attacking what they want, but they do NOT attack exactly at the same time.
  • Make his main head be something special, like there would be warning indicators in the ground that will alert the players that the main head would unleash a massive green toxic bile coming out gushing outside his enormous mouth, dealing DoT damage and breaking defenses (like Kog'Maw Q break defense + Rumble Ult/Cassiopeia W)
  • Make his claws somewhat special too, like a dusty ground-shaking indicators in the ground where ranged champions attacking Baron stands, and after a short delay, a spike would Impale them right through, knocking them in the air/He would send his claws forward, impaling the ground. The first enemy to come in contact would be impaled and knocked to the air.
  • Why not also give his tail some love? If he was about to die, Baron Nashor would do a 360 degree spin, lashing his tail to his front, knocking back enemies, struggling to get away from all those meanies who kills just for buffs (hmph)
    • This way, killing Baron objective would feel like a boss fight rather than just lame violet worm that you need to kill for benefits, nothing else.

Chimera

  • Rename the Dragon like that and it would be total badass, adding a snake to his tail.
  • Melee attack; Claws and bites nearby enemies
    • Special attack; Uses snake tail as a "sting" to deal bonus damage
  • Ranged attack; While flying, spew fireballs
    • Special attack; laser death ray heat beam
  • Special Move; before dying while flying, he lands down, briefly stunning near champions and roars very loud, and then breathes a cone of fire like Rumble's Q, but bigger and better
  • This way, it would feel like a mini boss fight, not just some troublesome monster that needs to be killed just for benefits

Nexus Turret and Nexus

  • Outer turrets are just regular turrets, inners have shields, inhi's have laser rapid fire, Nexus Turret needs love also! Make them AoE Splash Damage, just enough to defend against a horde of ranged minions and super minions.
  • Make the Nexus able to attack nearby enemies too, with a jolt of concentrated energy from the tip of the crystal to the target enemy, deals tons of damage but is VERY slow. Good for backdoor champs like Master Yi when the Nexus Turrets have already fallen, making backdoors kind of hard, somehow.

Items

Jungler Item Enchantments: Slayer and Juggernaut

  • Remove the bonus MS from the Juggernaut and be replaced by low percent Tenacity.
  • Move the bonus MS to the Slayer, for it's role is meant for assassins and the main personification of assassins come from Master Yi, swift, agile and deadly.

Chalice of Harmony/Athene's Unholy Grail

  • Rename current UNIQUE passive into: Mana Thirst - Increase mana regen by 1% for every 1% bla bla bla
  • New UNIQUE Passive: Mana Font - When killing an enemy minion/monster/champion, restore flat mana/ restore % of max mana

Clarity

  • Displays how much AP/AD your Mejai's/Sword of the Occult now yields.
