[Champion Concept] Master Thief
I had this idea sitting on my computer for almost 2 years. I wanted to wait until I was able to put some concept art, but I can't draw so I'm just going to place the abilities I thought of and see if Riot will decide on it. I used to play a lot of supports and loved supports that played differently than all the other champions. This is something that I didn't really see in any of the other champions.
Melee Utility Support
Robin the Master Thief (Yea, Robin, because Robin Hood.)
Carefree personality Male or Female (Robin is a name that can be used for either.) Noxus allegiances probably
Passive - Master Thief
Spells and basic attacks against champions or buildings grant 8 Gold. This can occur up to 3 times every 30 seconds. Killing a minion disables this >passive for 12 seconds.
Movespeed Speed grants Cooldown
Coin Reserves: Robin has no mana, but instead uses coins for abilities. Max 5/10/15 depending on level (1/6/11).
The Coin bar will look somewhat similar to Jhin and Annie.
Q - Poach
Cost: 1 Coin Charges: 2 Range: 650 Changes your basic attack to a ranged attack. Dash to the target and applies on-hit effects.
W - Pickpocket/Reverse Pickpocket
While toggled on Robin place coins into the enemies pockets.
Toggle Off: Pickpocket: Robin generates (1/2/3) coin with each basic attack.
Reverse Pickpocket: Robin adds coin stacks to enemies with basic attacks. Each stack slows the target(3/6/9/12/15% per stack), at 4 stacks the target > will be rooted for 1.5 secs. Any target killed while a coin stack is on them will generate extra gold to the killer.
Version 1 - Safe Version E - Deception
Robin becomes part of the enemy team for a short duration (.6 secs per level)(10% damage reduction per level).
Robin can now interact with an enemy like they are on their team and teammates like they are enemies.
Example plays -
- Enemy Thresh tosses a lantern to save his teammate, you activate this ability and grab the lantern instead and use Poach to return to the stranded enemy
- The enemy and yourself are getting low and health and you know the Soraka is about to ult, you activate this ability to get heals from the enemy Soraka.
- You have a friendly Akali, but she is too far to jump to the enemy to kill them, but you are in between the enemy and Akali. You activate the ability so Akali can Ult you to gap close closer to the enemy and know Akali is now in range of the enemy to gap close to them.
Version 2 - Risk for Troll or Great Plays Version E- Deception Cloak
Cloak a teammate or yourself and they become part of the enemy team for a short duration (.6 secs per level)(10% damage reduction per level).
That teammate or yourself can now interact with an enemy like they are on their team and teammates like they are enemies.
Example plays -
- Cloak on a friendly Blitzcrank so he can pull a teammate to safety.
- You have a friendly Irelia, she is low with no escape. Her Q is up but there are nothing to gap close to, You activate the ability on her so she can Q to a teammate to get away.
- The enemy has a Zilean and you activate the ability on your ADC, the Zilean tries to ult his ADC, but misclick and hits your ADC from body blocking.
R - Abandon Stash
Cost: Current Coins Toss Range: 3400 Stash Range: 560
Robin abandons all current coins for a movement speed boost. The stash becomes a target from the enemies.
The stash will stun the target for (.2 per coin) seconds if it lands directly on them and then the stash taunts nearby foes and increase the enemies >movement speed until they reach the stash. Once they touch the stash they are no longer taunted, but acquire 3 coin stacks and increase their kill value.
Example plays -
- Your team is in a pinch and needs to run, you Ult a little behind the enemy and they are forced to run backward away from your team, they are then slowed and your team can safely get away.
- You ult the enemy team to engage and you use your two Q charges to get the last Coin stack to root them. You now have two targets your team can secure a kill on.
- The enemy is doing a major objective(Baron/Elder Dragon) and your jungler is nearby. It is low enough for smite range. You ult the egde of the pit to pull the enemies ult, so your jungler can go in for the steal.

Classic - Should look similar to the character from the game Thief. Pickpocket/Safecracker - Something similar or in conjunction with Evelynn and Twitch skin.

- Moving around the map to support the team helps a lot. Clearing wards and Placing them. Plus passive cooldown from >Movement Speed
I haven't listed the cooldown, because It's going to get tweaked anyway. Q is on a charge, but most likely around a 8 sec cooldown. W is a toggleable like Aatrox's W. E is probably around a 16 sec cooldown. R is Probably around 100/80/60 cooldown. I also haven't listed AD/AP ratios, because that will also get tweaked.
If it gets tweak too much it will probably no longer be a support and utility mage/fighter.
