Ryze [ULTIMATE REWORK SUGGESTION]

Inspired by post I saw months ago. Ryze has three skills and no ultimate ability instead Ryze obtains empowered versions of summoner spell at level 6 (D) and 12 (F). Examples:

Teleport: His current ultimate

Ignite: Turret range shot from Ryze that applies Ignite effect.

Smite: Smite enemy champion dealing 50% true damage. If target is immobilized 70%. When target is below 30% max HP deals 90% damage. Restores 10% max HP if executes champion, red, blue or epic monster. And finally combined imobilized and under 30% max HP deals 100% true damage and restores 20% max HP if executes champion, red, blue or epic monster.

Flash: Stacking flash up to 3 or 4 times

Exhaust: point click stun for 1.5 sec

Ghost: Ghost plus 90% damage reduction from all sources duration 3.5 sec.

Barrier: Grant barrier to himself or ally blocking all types of damage for 2 sec.

Cleanse: Cleanse all debuffs and becomes unstoppable and immune to any debuff effect for 3 sec.

Heal: Heals % of Max HP based on number of near ally champions more champions weaker heal. Also removes DoT effects (poison, burn, bleed) 5 champions 20% max HP per champion 4 = 25% 3 = 33% 2 = 50% 1 = 100%
