This champion is based off of the 'Wendigo' which is a creature from Native American folklore. If you enjoy this concept please check out my other ideas for Asem, The Living Armor and Tupai, The Bone Crafter. Any feedback is welcomed, positive or otherwise....even if you just want to tell me that I'm stupid. Also, stats aren't my forte so please tell me if you think it isn't balanced.

Lore The Freljord is a cruel land, home to raiders and harden warriors and ravaged by great ice storms. It is a place where the strong will live and thrive and the weak die. However, those unlucky to haven't met their ends in bloodshed or exposure from the elements have a chance to come across the Ossar, a nightmarish creature in the form of a frozen corpse with the antlers of a great and mighty stag, that stalks desperate souls. It tears them apart with its great claws and devours them to quench his thirst for blood, but...for those that the Ossar takes a special interest in, they become a avatar for its hungry. Whispering into their ears words of madness, turning hopeless survivors into crazed beasts only interested in gorging themselves with the flesh of their fellow survivors or even themselves. Out of all the dangers the Freljord provides, none are as ravenous or disturbing as the Ossar.

Abilities Passive: The Ossar's Curse/Ravenous Maw The Ossar can select one enemy champion to be inflicted with its curse. During the course of the game, the effected enemy will be assaulted with illusions of the Ossar coming out of the jungle or bush. These illusions deal no damage to the enemy champion and can be destroyed in one hit, however if these illusions hit the enemy champion will give the enemy a stack of 'Ravenous Maw.' The curse ends when the champion is dead or if the Ossar chooses a different enemy champion.

A enemy champion can have up to 10 stacks of Ravenous Maw. When the real Ossar attacks the enemy Champion inflicted with Ravenous Maw stacks, it absorbs the them inflicting physical damage for each stack on the enemy champion and giving the Ossar's next damaging dealing ability a chance to bleed them. Depending on the stack amount.

Max Stacks: 10 Damage per Stack: 50 Bleed Chance: 10% per stack Bleeding Damage: 5 per stack Bleeding Duration: 5s

Q: Demonic Slashes The Ossar swipes its claws in a cone in front of it, damaging all the enemies in it. The more enemy champions hit by this ability, gives the Ossar a temporary attack speed boost.

Cost: 30 Fury Range: 250/ 500 Cool Down: 16s/ 14s/ 12s/ 10s/ 8s Attack Speed Boost: +1.25% per champion Attack Speed Duration: 3s/ 4s/ 5s/ 6s/ 7s Physical Damage: 40/ 60/ 80/ 100/ 120 (+70% AD)

W: Northern Winds The Ossar summons a front of icy winds to move in a direction, while in this front the Ossar is invisible only revealing itself when they are out of the front or when it attacks. It also gains increase AD while in this front.

Cost: 20 Fury Range: 750 Cool Down: 20s/ 18s/ 16s/ 14s/ 12s AD Boost: 10/ 20/ 30/ 35/ 40

E: Sinister Hunger Has a passive and a active, passively when the Ossar is at low health it gains stacks of 'Sinister Hunger' up to a limit of 5. When The Ossar receives healing, the effect is increased based on how many stacks of Sinister Hunger it has. As an active, the Ossar bites down on a target dealing heavy physical damage and healing the Ossar based on the amount of the total enemy health.

Cost: 40 Fury Range: 250 Cool Down: 50s/ 45s/ 40s/ 35s/ 30s Damage: 100/ 120/ 140/ 160/ 180 (+80% AD) Total Sinister Hunger Stacks: 5 Increased Healing Effect per Stack: 10%/ 20%

R: The Madness of the Ossar The Ossar targets one low health one enemy champion and possesses them: taking control of the enemy champion. As the Ossar controls the champion, they get a boost to their attack speed and attack damage based on how low their health is when possessed. Kills made with the possessed champion heal them for a portion but the possessed champion dies at the end of the ult and all of the healing goes to the Ossar. If the possessed champion dies before the ult can run its course then all healing the Ossar gets is halved.

Cost: 100 Fury Range: 500 Cool Down: 60s/ 55s/ 50s Possession Duration: 20s/ 40s/ 60s Health Threshold: 30% Healing per Champion Kill: 20%/ 40%/ 60% AD Increase: 20 per 5 health missing AS: 10 per 5 health missing

This is actually really cool. I like your focus on the spirit part of the Wendigo rather than the one being possessed by it. And his kit sounds awesome. My only issue is with his ult. Basically I don't think it should require the target enemy to have low health but rather benefit from it if they do. Then you could have it the lower health they are, the more damage the Ossar does with them and to them when the ability ends. That way it means near certain death for the possessed enemy while still giving them a potential chance to survive.
