The Bone Crafter (Champion Concept)
So this is a rework of an earlier champion concept I've made, this time around I added lore and stats and I revamped the abilities. Please note that stats aren't really my thing so it may all be horribly unbalanced, I usually just stick to describing the abilities the champion itself to make sort of a general idea that is meant to be discussed over so it can be changed and improved over time. So without further ado, please tell me what you think in the comments section regardless of you think it's a good idea or a terrible one, actually especially if it is a bad idea.. __

__ Lore Tapui is a member of the Shakrowin, the remnants of a once great and ancient empire that spanned across dozens of islands before they were devoured by the sea over hundreds of years ago, before discovering and settling on Valoran. Generations of living in the Kumungu Jungle have made them tribal and nomadic, never staying in one place in Kumungu for over a year, their numbers never recovered due to the beasts that plague the jungle and diseases they have never experienced before, their future where they once were a people of warrior-shamans once armed with ornate weapons made from jade and obsidian and blessed by the gods, now there were merely hunter-gathers only able to wield crude weapons made from wood and bone.
When Tapui was just a youth he came across a small, perfectly circular pool filled with dark water that was perfectly still like a black mirror. The ground collapsed sending him into the ominous dark water, he struggled to reach the surface, the pool being deeper than he could have ever imagine seemed to be sucking him into its empty abyss and the light of the surface beginning to grow dimmer and dimmer. As his eyesight began to fade, he saw a vision: A great, winged serpent with dark scales and eyes as red as rubies came before him. The serpent told him that it was Oxotz, the Night God of Hunters and Blood, and that Tapui was chosen to reform the glorious Shakrowin Empire upon this land but he would have performed sacrifices in his name like his ancestors did before.
As the vision ended, Tapui awoke in his blanket by a small fire being tended to by his fellow Shakrowin nearby. When they saw he was awake, they swarmed the boy with questions, demanding on knowing where he had disappeared to as they found him passed out among a small creek with the mark of a black serpent with wings upon his chest. He tried to explain the pool that he saw and the vision that came before him, a lone shaman explained that what he saw and the marking was a sign that he must be destined for greater things beyond the jungles that they have made their home.
When Tapui came of age, his conviction and sheer will drove him to become one of the tribe's greatest hunters and one of the five leaders within the tribe, using his influence he organized raids against the desert outposts and caravans of Shurima. Striking using the cover of darkness, these raids were successful granting the dwindling tribe with the resources they need to finally start growing. Of course, as the tribe grew stronger and larger, so did his influence among the people.
As he skulked the jungles, once more looking for the black pool that gave him the vision, he was ambushed by a group of mercenaries. After hours of fighting, Tapui slaughtered the mercenaries but was beginning to succumb to his wounds. Thinking that he was about to die, failing his goal and his god, the spilled blood of his enemies flowed to his feet as if drawn to his presence. In the blood, he saw the reflection of black serpent god gazing at him.
Oxotz ordered him to drink the blood, reluctantly he obeyed. Cupping Shuriman blood in his hand, Tapui brought the blood to his mouth, as he drank it his wounds began to heal instantly. As Tapui got to his feet, Oxotz told him that the other leaders told the mercenaries of his location in exchange for the tribe to be spared, it was then he told Tapui that they must be sacrificed to him for their transgression against his champion. Upon hearing this, Tapui returned to the tribe and rallying his warriors against the other four leaders.
Executing them by tearing out their hearts, Tapui made a new set of armor from their bones and weapons blessed by the serpent god. It was this day that Tapui became the undisputed chieftain of the Shakrowin, his raids grew more in intensity and frequency only this time instead of food and water, Shurimans were being taken to be sacrificed to Oxotz and their bones will be taken to become armor and weapons for the growing forces of the Kumungu jungle.
The Shakrowin Empire is rising once more under the mark of the black serpent god and spearheaded by The Bone Crafter.
