Champion Concept, Flik- The Rising Star!

some friends and I decided to throw together a full utility support kit, kind of rough w/o numbers though

Flik is a futuristic Yordle from Bandle city. He ha a full utillity kit, focusing on pacificity and defensive reactions. EDIT: (HE IS RANGED) 500?)

Passive: Blinding Beam: Flik’s auto attacks charge up, slowing enemies by 10%, scaling up to 30% the longer he waits between attacks. This effect cannot occur on the same target within 6 seconds.

this is mean to give Flik a little bit of soft-CC in his kit, with the utility of small agression or defensive kiting depending on the situation.

Q: Invigorating Bolt: Shoots a laser in a line, hitting targets and marking and them for 8 seconds while dealing damage. Any damage dealt to a marked champion heals the attacker for (6-10%?) damage dealt.

this is his sustain tool, but requires more than just clicking on an ally. It provides counterplay and an interesting new mechanic.

W: Flux/Zip: Shoots a ball of energy latching onto first ally in its path, tethering the ally and giving a short move speed buff. If cast again within the duration, it pulls Flik to his ally.

This is his main utility tool. It's almost like a Thresh hook for allies, and it synergies with his other abilities and allows him to get his allies out of sticky situations while also providing them bonus'.

E: Radiating Pulse: Emits energy at a target location, shielding allies for x amount split evenly among targets within area, dealing a small amount of damage.

Passive: Flik heals for (50/75/100/100/100%) of damage dealt to marked targets. EDIT: (ONLY HEALS OFF E DAMAGE)

Think of Brand W, but instead of dealing damage it shields all allies in the area. He can use this after his ultimate to hit his entire team, or choose between his front or backline during the fight. It also allows him to self-sustain using his q.

R: Hextech Sanctuary: for .5 seconds then creates an energy bubble, knocking back all enemies within the bubble. The shield dissipates all incoming auto-attacks, abilities, and projectiles that hit the bubble. (the entire duration is channeled by Flik)

This ability defines Flik. It's the ultimate windwall. In retrospect, this seems broken, but when put into a full utillity kit without MR or Armor bonuses, attack damage shields, etc, I think it wouldn't be that broken. It combos well with his other abilities and allows him to feel like he's having a significant impact. Due to it being channeled, as soon as an enemy dives inside the bubble and CC's him, it ends. He can also choose to cancel it. I have no idea how broken this mechanic would be without playtesting it, though.

here's a more organized layout with a drawn concept! http://imgur.com/jmlsUXo
