Battlecast Rumble
rumble needs a new skin for being so old he doesnt have that many and he has 0 good skins other then bilgerat rumble that cant be bought anymore

While I agree that he deserves a new skin, I am not sure if Battlecast Rumble would be the right call here.
Other skin themes I could see working: Dragontrainer, Omega Squad, Tiki
I think this is a great idea since Rumble is using a machine.
