rumble still needs alot of love at least riot is trying he got a new skin but horrific movements because of his old outdated animations i personally couldn't tell if rumble was overheated in his badlands baron skin or just using his w and his sound animations are just bad for no good reason a rushed skin that no one should buy. a VU should fix all hell you might even think about removing the tank tracks from rumble if you arent going to make the correct animations for it.

Zhonya's Hourglass AP increased from 70 to 75

Rylai's Crystal Scepter AP increased from 85 to 90

this still wont help rumbles e that does 56 dmg to most top laners lvl 1 and that can be counter 100% by item 1054 or resolve runes leaving your enemy at wut still??? 100% hp 0 dmg was done to your enemy if you hit both skill shots hell most top laners have 9 health regeneration at lvl 1. your skill shots are 100% wasted on all top champs when i see a rumble main top i really fuck them over by picking Darius Chogath DrMundo Sion getting second wind and building item 1054 and i stand in front of the minion wave at lvl 1 till lvl 5 they do not farm they do not touch any cs for 4 lvls if they try i kill them the best thing they can hope for is a gank and i ward that shit

There is a reason I have switched to an AP bruiser type build on Rumble rather than AP carry build. I use grasp, second wind, ravenous hunter, and taste of blood all just for sustain in lane and I get gunblade first item. This allows Rumble to actually go in for trades then recover some of the damage he took in the trade. I then get Liandry's followed by 2 tank items. With spirit visage, ravenous hunter, and gunblade, I have a total of 43% spell vamp. This build also gives me about 3.5k hp, 300 AP, and 150 of each resistance.
