How about Football skins to follow up on the academy ones?

Well I certainly am no artist nor am I a fucking genuis. BUT I would have loved if riot instead of Dunkmaster Ivern. They focused on a football skin set for the top laners. An Idea I brought up in a discord word from word is "Still waiting for Riot to release a sport skin collection with Mundo as the QB, Alistar as Center, Sion and Malphite as Left and Right guard and for shit and giggles Teemo as Wide Reciever." I think it would be the funniest and best skin line they can come up with and to make things better they give sion and mundo their more human looking versions for the skins. (optional of course)

I personally can't stand sport skins, so not really a fan of this suggestion. =/

Gridiron football is mostly an NA phenomenon, so it doesn't make a lot of sense to invest the resources it takes to make a skin line into one that will sell primarily only in NA, a server that isn't even that big when compared to the others. You'll note that the only real sport skinline we've seen is one for European football (a sport played globally) and a few skins like Curling Veigar released ages ago for the Olympics that nearly everybody participates in.

I do agree with you that it would be highly amusing to see Football Sion charging into people with a giant goal post instead of an axe though.
