DESCRIPTION Kyoushin is a fighter who is comfortable in both the jungle and top lane. He provides decent crowd control and amazing damage. His nunchakus provide him with longer range, but not too long and consumes energy with the use of each ability rather than mana.

LORE Kyoushin lived a very quiet and happy life. However, he was unaware of his father's participation in a secret society known as the Order Of The Lotus. One particular day, as Kyoushin's father kissed him on his forehead goodbye, he couldn't but feel like something horrendous was going to occur. As his father was walking with the society, they were viciously ambushed by an unknown group of assassins. Kyoushin's father fought bravely, but alas, he died tragically. A member of the society, Kyoushin's father's best friend, Xi Yang, happened to survive the horrific event and told Kyoushin all that happened. Kyoushin was devastated and desired vengeance. He demanded the name of the unknown group of assassins but sadly, Xi Yang could not say. Xi Yang however, before narrowly escaping his death, retrieved Kyoushin's father's precious weapon, his nunchaku. This weapon has lived through many battles and has been passed down from generation to generation. Xi Yang trained Kyoushin every single day within a hidden area in Ionia and eventually, Kyoushin became the new head of the Order Of The Lotus. Kyoushin uses his father's death as his motivation to find the new band of assassins and to ultimately avenge his father.

ABILITIES Passive: Focus Kyoushin gains 1.5 damage with the presence of a new opponent. As the number of opponents increase, his nunchakus begin to glow orange. The more opponents, the more intense the orange glow is.

E Ability: Helicopter Spin ( Open To Name Changes) Cost: 80/70/60/50/45 Range: 600 Cool Down: 4 Seconds, as he levels it descends to 2 seconds. Kyoushin spins his nunhaku above his head gaining strength the longer he spins it. Once fully charged, or whenever please, he slams his nunchaku upon his targets dealing damage to any target he hits. Kyoushin also has the ability to walk while he charges his attack. However, it's a slow walk.

Kyoushin channels strength by spinning his nunchaku above his head. Once the channeling reaches its max, or whenever pleased, Kyoushin slams his nunchaku upon his targets dealing 90/120/150/180/210(+100% Bonus Attack Damage). Kyoushin's helicopter spin's damage increases the longer it charges.

Nice concept! I like the style and the ult looks amazing in my head.

Looking over the concept, I noticed the relatively low cooldowns and the fact that all your damaging abilities have a 100% Bonus AD scaling. This concept seems to be a melee fighter and as such would probably have some tanky statistics. Just some suggestions:

Passive: This is great early to mid game, but I feel it will eventually fall off later when teamfights happen since this passive is most noticeable while surrounding by enemy minions. Has a good strength and weakness which is nice.

Q: I think this ability's scales too much. The 100% Bonus AD on a 4 second cooldown (not including CDR) at max rank makes this pretty solid along with a good base damage. I would suggest something around 60% or 80%. Other than that, this is a nice ability to stick to your target(s).

W: Nothing seems out of place here to me, I actually really like this. Allows him to disengage or engage when he needs to and a movement buff for 1.5 seconds is great with the rest of the kit considering the cooldowns!

E: I noticed that this ability charges, but you don't have an indication of other strengths of damage. Is the damage you posted the MAX damage after a full charge? Also, how long until max charge because this ability has a REALLY small cooldown. If I may, I would suggest switching this cooldown with the Q cooldown and tweaking the damages to match.

R: This ability looks really cool in my head. The damage looks good and scaling is alright as well.

I hope my review was good! I would recommend saying whether or not your abilities deal physical damage or magic damage.

If you don't mind, would you kindly take a look at my concept? Marx, One of the Seven Elite

This is a pretty cool champion concept.

The only discrepancy with this design is that Kyoushinn's kit seems more like an assassin's than a fighter's. He has 100% bonus AD scaling on 2 ridiculously short CD skills with high base damage. As well, Kyoushinn does not have any tank steroids or Life steal like Jax or Irelia that will encourage long duration fights.

It is very similar to how Yasuo was originally designed as a fighter, but is now mainly played as an Assassin mid lane due to his high damage scalings and inability to duel with melee top laners because he lacks defensive abilities.

I would recommend giving him some innate tankiness if you intend him to go top lane.

It says here you ult is moving through his targets then he roars i dont completely understand this. But this concept is the best out of all ive seen.

I have no real talent with champ concepts, despite having 3 full notebooks of them, but I personally think that instead of "The Lotus' Roar", the ult could be called "Roar of the Lotus". Small change, but I feel the latter has a more commanding feel to it. Now, I attempt to review this. Prepare your popcorn and barf bag. Passive: Thoughts - There are some questions with this one. Does it count minions? Neutral monsters? Champions? Turrets? Are some enemies worth more damage than others? (e.g. Turrets give 3 bonus) How long does the bonus last? Is there a range for the bonus to take effect? Is it an autoattack buff, or does it grant extra AD? Suggestions - Clarify the above, doing so will make understanding his balance easier. Maybe change from attack to armor or MR, to let him survive if he goes all-in. Q: Thoughts - Oh boy. This ability is a problem. If this were to be a real champion, players would almost always rush this. It can be maxed at level 8, and at that point, it would deal more damage then the ult on a 4 second cooldown or less. Does give him great sticking power, though. Suggestions - Nerf Bonus AD scaling to around 55%, since it's spammable. Also clarify slow value. W Thoughts - What are the significance of the different tricks? Do some grant more base movespeed than others? Range is too long for a 5 second CD. Looks fun to use, good escape tool. Suggestions - Make it a linear skillshot, with different tricks according to direction of cast relative to facing direction. Clarify speed boost values, making backflip give slightly more. Increase CD, and possibly change range based on what direction he cast it in. (e.g. 350 on frontflip, 275 on aerial, full 500 on backflip) E Thoughts - What is the significance of the given damage? Is it maximum or minimum? How slow is the walk while charging? Does he gradually lose speed as he charges, like a Xerath Q? Generally a pretty solidly designed skill. Suggestions - Clarify the questions mentioned in "Thoughts", and decrease range, or make range increase as he charges. A Flash is 325, and the range on this is about 2 Flashes minus 50. That's a bit long for a skill on a fighter that isn't a targeted dash like Irelia/Jax Q. TL;DR increase risk or decrease range. R Thoughts - Is it targeted or a skillshot? WHY ARE NONE OF MY ULTS THIS COOL? Suggestions - I STRONGLY recommend making it a 140 scaling down to 90 second cooldown, halved if it kills the target; this would encourage players to use it as an execute, chunking down the opponent before finishing them off.

Great concept, although his kit is more reminiscent of an assassin than a bruiser. I don't see him as being good for top lane due to his lack of inbuilt tankiness or lifesteal. I'm looking forward to seeing some more of your concepts in the future! Also, there's a concept that I'm planning to upload soon, once I finish cleaning up the rough edges of his kit. Would you mind checking it out once it's up? I'll put a link right below.

(I'M A LAZY LITTLE SHIET AND HAVE DONE NOTHING TOWARDS THE CONCEPT YET, SO NO LINK BECAUSE I SUCK)

Time to review.

Passive: Needs clarity. What types of opponents? Does this AD go away?

Q: Nothing to note here.

W: Is this a dash of sorts? It's unclear.

E: Give it a minimum damage value and a maximum damage value.

R: His Q but now with more damage! (please change)

Final thoughts: He has 0 cc. How is going to stay with his enemies? His energy costs go too low. Energy is a resource system designed to restrict short term casting. Basically he might as well not have a resource system.
