Party Jinx

anyway, im a terrible artist so i cant draw what i had in mind but she would she would have a party hat and ect on her

Fishbones would shoot fireworks (kinda like the kog'maw skin) POW-POW would be in the shape of a tall, thin cake (the barrels at the end would be candles)

Her W (Zap!) would be a "blowing dragon toy" (i honestly looked hard but i couldnt find the exact name for it heres the link to a image of what im talking about (check attachments)

Her E (Flame Chompers!) would be presents with the chompers as the bow on top

Her R (Super Mega Death Rocket!) would be a giant pie on a rocket

Sorry for the vagueness of this skin idea, it just came to me out of the blue and i dont have too much detail on it.
