Draft Pick Doesn't Kick Me Out [CLIENT]

Whenever someone fails to pick or ban a champ, or someone leaves, i become stuck, it doesn't kick me out to the menu like it normally should. The timer becomes stuck at zero and forces me to exit out of the client. If I'm not quick enough, I'll get a penalty for "leaving or declining too many games".

I'm not sure how to include a photo on these posts, but I do have one ready.

Side Note: Not sure if this effects this or not. but this problem, along with latency problems for the Client of League, started to occur when I downloaded XCOM2.
