Cosma - The Planetary Protector

I'm not super sure on the lore for her, but the idea I had for Cosma was that she was a being the size of a planet, who was lonely because she couldn't get closer to anyone without crushing them with her gravity. So she joined the league to make friends.(EDIT: Apparently the league doesn't exist in the lore, so who knows for the lore then :P)

I see Cosma as being a Mage/Support

Passive: Cosma's resource is called "Gravity", it is charged up by moving around in close proximity to minions and monsters. Her abilities all expend certain percentages of her current gravity, but get more range/AoE depending on how much gravity she had. (Her abilities can be cast with 0 Gravity, but they will be weak.)

Her auto attacks all increase in range based on her amount of gravity, starting out at melee range, and ending at marksman range with full gravity.

Q: Shooting Star - 25% of current Gravity - ~8-10 second cooldown

Active: Cosma shoots out a star in a straight line, damaging the first enemy that it collides with. The more Gravity that Cosma has, the large the area of effect of this ability will be. At 0 Gravity it will be a single target ability, at 100 Gravity it will strike enemies in a circle with radius 200(?) units around the target.

Passive: Cosma's auto attacks and "Shooting star" are buffed depending on what type of dragon spawned most recently. At the start of the game, she gets no buffs from dragons. After the first dragon spawns, she starts getting buffs just from the most recent dragon.

Fire: Her auto attacks and "Shooting star" inflict a minor burn on the target. Cloud: Her auto attacks and "Shooting star" give her increased movement speed for a short duration. Ocean: Her auto attacks and "Shooting star" heal her for a small amount. Mountain: Her auto attacks and "Shooting star" slow the target.

Elder: Cosma gets the effects of all 4 elemental dragons.

These effects have a 5-10(?) second cooldown.

W: Crescent moon - 5% of current Gravity - ~5-7 second cooldown

Cosma starts with a single point in "Crescent moon" and it can be levelled up to level 6.

Passive: Cosma's gravity has attracted a small moon that she can control to block projectiles aimed at her. The moon will block the damage from projectiles, but additional effects (slows,stuns,poisons.....) will still be applied. The moon has health that is visible as a buff on Cosma, that slowly regenerates, and if the health is fully depleted, the moon goes on cooldown for 20(?) seconds while it regenerates to full health. The moon starts out only blocking a 30 degree angle, but increases in size as the game goes on. At level 6 it blocks 45 degrees, at level 11 it blocks 60 degrees and at level 16 it blocks 90 degrees.

Active: Cosma can give the moon to an allied champion, or, if no champion is targeted, she can reorient the moon to block projectiles from a different direction. The moon will stay on the allied champion until Cosma moves it again, or moves a significant distance away.

E: Gravity well - 15% of current Gravity ~15 second cooldown

Cosma turns into a small meteorite and travels to the targeted unit (champion/minion/monster) appear on the far side of it from where she started. If the target was an ally, she applies a small shield to them. If the target was an enemy, she creates a small explosion where she lands.

Similarly to "Shooting star", this ability will have a larger AoE depending on how much Gravity Cosma had before using it.

R: Lunar Protection ~90-100 second cooldown

Cosma's moon grows to fully surround her, or an allied champion for a short time, giving them increased protection from projectiles.

If Cosma uses this on herself, she instantly gains max Gravity, and her abilities are free for the duration. If Cosma uses this on an ally, their auto attacks gain the dragon buffs from "Shooting star".

Obviously due to how her dragon buffs work, I think Cosma should be tuned to be a late game champion, I have deliberately not put damage or scalings on any of the abilities, because hell if I know how to balance the game :P I think she should mainly scale with AP, but maybe have the option of scaling her shield with health to give a different play style.

I'm sure I'll have made some clear mistakes here, but I would love feedback.

Appearance:

I haven't thought too much about this, but to go with the planetary theme, I imagine Cosma having dark, bedrock looking boots, with her trousers getting lighter as you go up her body, slowly transitioning into a grass colour for her shirt/jacket. With either sky blue or sunny blonde hair.

An immediate idea for a 2nd skin would be a similar concept, but themed around snow and ice instead of rock and grass.

So she joined the league to make friends.

The League of Legends doesn't actually exist in the lore, they retconned that a while ago
