Level 15 reward

I just hit level 15, and the after game rewards screen said that I should have received a champion capsule, and access to the second path in runes. I did not receive the capsule, and I may be misunderstanding, but I think I had access to the second path as soon as I could make rune pages at level 10.

I saw a post from 2 years ago with the same problem, but it had no replies and has been archived.
