well, yeah, we have that reworked skins but don't you think it's very half-assed? Yes, we have the passive that corresponds their skins' color but what about the other abilities? Also, 4 of them looks two of a kind. What do you think about it?
mordekaiser doesn't have epic skin tiers even it's not surprising that you think his skins look bland (because they are by design) even his pentakill is a 975 rp
void might be a good legendary concept or reaper that would even fit his base theme

Conqueror of the Sands. His ult could be a swirling vortex of sand.
I think Dark Star would be cool (partially because its my favourite skin line) but his passive could be a massive black hole and he could literally drag you into one for his ultimate.
Arcade with a glitching Battle Boss skin.
It would be a neat throwback to old Morde and his oodles of bugs.
