I'm really surprised too. I thought there would be more lore to come with it. It was the thing I was waiting for the most :(

We need the new Mordekaiser to get a skin as the big bad of the Battle Academia skin line, the skin can even be a JoJo's reference while we're at it!

It seems that Riot's too busy with MSI to make a BA story...which is kind of disappointing since they were hyping this skin line up so much...[slayer-jinx-unamused]

There's scattered info about it, there's probably bits of information on the skin its self. Kinda like the lunar revel or zombie skins.
