[Champion Concept] Otto, The Cloner
Otto the Cloner
Ok this is a complete consept I know there are too many problem with this champion for it to work. But it would be really fun to see.
So think of Otto as Zac bother who didn't turn out as well. He is pretty much the Ditto of league. I see him played best as a support champion but mid or top would work.
[Passive] Clone Ooz Otto's abilities increase the damage dealt to his target by 10% for 2 seconds and apply Mimic Ooz to enemy champions for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. Mimic Ooz stacks decay once every 0.5 seconds. Each stack reduces the absortion time of his ult by 1sec.
[Q] Ooz Toss [Skill Shot] RANGE: 1000 COOLDOWN: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 Throws a peice of himself sticking targert to the ground and slowing them. MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 50% AP) Root 1 sec | Slow 30% 1 sec
(Skill shot like Jinx Zap! when it hits a target it is rooted for 1 second. After the root they are slowed for 1 sec. )
[W] Glob RANGE: 1000 COOLDOWN: 15 Otto flings a Glob to the target location granting Sight sight around it. Enemy champions who step on are damaged. Last 45 sec | MAGIC DAMAGE: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (+ 50% AP)
( Globs works kind of like Maokai Saplings. They are visible to champions so they can dodge them. I wanted this to have a slow as well but then everything would have a slow.)

Sticky Wall
[Skill Shot] COOLDOWN: 18
Creates a wall out of himself that slows and damages any champion that passes through it. Dashes stop at the wall
last 2.5 seconds. If the wall collides with terrain it last an additional 2.5 seconds.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+ 50% AP) | Slow 40%
(Otto works as point A and his skill shot end point would work as point B. So Otto can move around and change the wall. )
[R] Absorption RANGE 700/1200 COOLDOWN: 180 Otto jumps on target champion damaging them and slowing them. If the target champion does not leave Otto grasp or dies in 5sec Otto becomes that champion. He gains 50% damage reduction durning the channel. Once Otto becomes that chamion for 5 minutes or until he dies. He gains all of the Absorped champions besides ult and 25%/50%/75% of their stats from items. Magic Damage: 100 / 150 /200 (+ 50% AP) | SLOW 50%
( Once he jump on a champion he is stuck in that champions place. The champion is slowed they have 5-2 second (depending on stack) to get away from him. If the champion dies or doesn't get away Otto turns into them for the next 5 minutes(or intil he dies). During this time Otto can use their basic abilities. Those abilities still use Otto passive. He also gains 25%|50%|75% of their items stats durning that time.)
Now I know this guy might turn out really over powered. I know he will never get made but it was just a thought I came up with. He would need a lot of work done on cooldowns, ratios, scaling and such.
