Champion Concept: Vora, the Voodoo queen
Hi, this is my second champ concept, and I'm not really a balance expert so all numbers are just rough estimates of what would be good. Vora is intended to be a mid lane mage.
Passive: Spell burst-Vora can continue moving while casting spells, and gains a burst of 15% movement speed for 1 second after casting an ability. All names are tentative as well
Q: Cursed land- Vora curses a circular patch of ground, dealing damage and fearing all enemies within it after a short delay
W: Cauldron blast- Deal damage in a long range cone, slowing enemies who are below 50% health
E: Spirit Fire- shoot a burst of energy in a linear skillshot, amplifying all damage dealt by Vora for 4 seconds.
R: Possession- Vora shoots a wide range spirit energy in a target direction. The first enemy champion hit becomes possessed by Vora's voodoo power, allowing her to move them around within a radius of where they were hit by the spell for 2 seconds, and controlling their basic attacks, which deal magic damage if their bonus ap is more than their bonus ad. The spell also does 10/12/14 % plus 30/50/70 (0.3) damage over the duration of the spell.
