I was wandering are hextech frost cannon and hextech rocket belt stackable items if so then im a bit afraid buying both items on some onelike lux or leblanc will cause the problem of more mobility/even more insane burst damage along with a slight bit of tankyness which in all honesty is quite terrifying especially on leblanc. Cause a tanky even more mobile even burstyier leblanc sounds pretty terrifying and toxic to have but its just a thought that ran across my mind.
