New Champ idea.

So I've been thinking about the Project skins, and how they are all "made" in a lab. I see there are only a few champions that wield Guns, more specifically a rifle. We have and But that is a mini gun, these are the only ones I can think of... maybe ?

Im no artist or anything. Id love to see some more lore surrounding this. Unleash the ultimate project.

When I think of this champ, I think of an assassin type Champ. In the way or would work. But these champions are quick and fast, in and out kinda deal.

If this is a bleh idea, do say so, or if it sounds interesting, lore wise, or play wise... do feel free to build on it.

But if you could imagine a DeathStroke like look or even Solid Snake

When I think of the look, and back story, I am really only thinking of the lore and how it could be implemented in the lore from a writers standpoint.

Thinking of QWER, What could those be. I would hate to fall short in selling a possibly good idea that would be enjoyable. An assassin wielding a rifle that can deal some Damage as auto?, A skill shot Stun or root? a close quarter on click ability and maybe a tuck and roll dive? And I wouldnt have a clue for an ult.

Thoughts? or am I just a moron? Inb4 the flame happens to me.
