Been awhile since one of these things popped up.

Post here with a link if you want me to take a look at your champion. I'm thorough and somewhat harsh, but I'm just trying my best to help you refine your concept.

Quick Tips To Making Your Champion Look Cool

  • Clean up your post and make it look nice and easy to read. As few grammar errors as possible (should be zero), generous line breaks to differentiate between sections, and careful use of bold and italics.
  • Make sure your champion does something new. A champion that brings nothing new to the table either obsoletes everyone or is obsoleted by an existing champion.
  • Have a specific role in mind for your champion. Build everything around that role. Your abilities don't need to be faceroll-y, but they do need to flow together logically to serve that role.
  • If you don't know how to balance numbers, leave them out. The concept can stand alone without numbers. If you want to try, consult the LoL wiki and compare your numbers with numbers from similar champions and abilities to yours.
  • Watch out for the comments. Don't be fooled if you're getting several comments that just say "good job I like it" without explaining why. Look for the ones that give you the most feedback.

If you wouldn't mind, could you do a review of my concept Nanarai, the Remaining Light Broken in Two?

I will try to look at one of your concepts as well, but be warned. I'm not good at understanding things~

Have you tried reviewing the Sigil champion concept? It's popular and the creators even made a full website with 3D model and other cool thing. It's lacking somethings. Try it out. It's called sigil and it looks like a lizard.
