Meh'Hue the retrebutionist
this is my 1st concept for a champ and if you have any ideas for any part of this please comment them so i can change them
Meh’hue the retrebutionist this is a new concept so it don't have any art for it the name can be changed i just went for a void name because i like the idea of a void creature helping runeterra and not trying to eat/deconstruct/kill evaryting in sight
energy used in ability casting, hp, souls, mana choose one if it is souls then he will have 100 souls to start and gaining +20 max soul capasity per lvl souls regen faster the more things die near him
Abilitys
Passive in death do we live: when a allied champion takes fatal near Meh’hue he gives up to 100-500 of his hp to heal them for 400-1400 hp (will only drain meh’hue until he has 50 hp left) if it dos not take the full hp from meh’hue the cooldown will not go on the full timer only 30-90% (depending on how much of the full hp drain did not happen) this is not effected by heal reductions this heal will not go on meh’hue (300/290/280/270/260/250/240/230/220/210/200/190/180/170/160/150/140/130/120 seconds cd can be reduced further with CDR)
Q passive/active
Passive: when a minion/monster dies near Meh’hue he gains a stack of restless souls gaining +2 (+4 for large monsters and +6 for epic monsters/buffs) stacking buff on all revived minions,
Active: he can give up these stacks to heal himself for 30 X 1/2/3/4/5 + 8% of his missing hp
W Active: rage of the lost soul: he arises 5/7/9/11/13 (+1 per 75 ap) minions that gain 100/200/300/400/500 hp (+100% ap) (+50 hp for evary 4 stacks of restless souls) and 5/10/15/20/25 ad (+20% ap) (+1 ad for evary 2 stacks of restless souls) for the duration but as a cost loose 50% of there armor and mr (if they have negative mr it goes to +50% of it (ie if they had -20 armor they now have -30 armor)) but gain armor and mr baced on restless soul stacks (+2/4/6/8/10 armor and mr per 3 restelss soul stacks (this is not effected by the -50% armor and mr debuff from this skill))
E guard of life: meh’hue shields all near ally’s for 20% of his hp and 40% of his armor and magic resist at the cost of 25% of his current hp (cant use under 30% hp) (the hp cost can be changed to mana or souls)
R, Retribution: revive a ally where they died with 30% of there hp + 200/400/600 (+150% ap) and invanrability for 2 seconds (just in-case people be camping the ult) and 200% move speed that decays over 2 seconds
this can be changed tell me your ideas for him and if they seem reasonable il add/change them also i cant decide what tipe of costs he will have as for where he fits best it will be in the supp role as his passive,e and r all help another i cant think if he will use mana hp or souls as his energy with the passive and e needing hp to work (this can be changed) and the q needing souls to activate
