Ornn passive not upgrading and wasing a upgrade "charge" bug [GAMEPLAY]

last game i was playing Ornn and encountered this bug. i attempted to upgrade an ally item (udyr and he had 2 viable items Trinity force and iceborn gauntlet) while in the middle of the upgrade process he ran a bit far away. as the process completed and the upgrade thing that comes from ornn as he upgrades an item was on its way to udyr. udyr died and the upgrade orb never reached him. this still expended the upgrade 'charge' for that lvl and i never got that slot back leading to udy never getting the upgrade. this seems like a decently big bug but it only seems to have happend due to udy dying during the upgrade process (spesificaly when ornn can move and the upgrade is on its way to the champ) if udy didn't run in its unlikely the bug would have happend as for rarity id say rare due to ornn usually upgrading outside of combat
