Lore

The Shadow Isles are home to many mysterious creatures, both alive and dead. Many of the spectral phantoms who plague the cursed soil have returned to continue the growth of the Isles, expanding the dead empire even further into the heart of Valoran. The reason these spirits and phantasms are able to have a second chance, fulfilling the Isles goals is down to one woman alone. Esther. She lords over the dead souls of those on the Shadow Isles. It is on her whim whether a soul is able to rest or serve the unknown goals of the Isles. It is her doing that the spectral beings currently in the League of Legends even exist at all. Her power and majesty are the reasons why such creatures can exist at all and all those beings follow her words without question, lest their existence is suddenly extinguished at her hands.

Abilities

Passive Upon killing or assisting the death of an enemy champion, Esther gains bonus attack damage for a brief period. Killing a champion grants a 20% increase in bonus AD for 4 seconds. Assists grant a 10% increase in bonus AD for 4 seconds. Effects of the passive end immediately after leaving combat. The passive cannot stack and any kill or assist will replace the current AD bonus and refresh the timer.

Q Ability Aspect of Wight Mana: 60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6

Passive - (While in Aspect of Wight) Unit kills restores 1/2/3/4/5% of Esther's missing health.

Active - Esther's basic attacks deal 30/40/50/60/70 +(50% of bonus AD)(30% of AP) magic damage and restores her health equal to 15% of the bonus damage dealt for 4 seconds.

W Ability Aspect of Succubus Mana: 45/55/65/75/85 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8

Passive - (While in Aspect of Succubus) Basic attacks reduce the damage of affected enemy and neutral units (excluding structures) by 2/4/6/8/10% for 4 seconds. Attacking the same target will refresh the debuff timer.

Active - Esther's next auto attack will blink her to her target, taunting them for 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds and reducing their armour and magic resist by 2/4/6/8/10% for the duration of the taunt.

E Ability Aspect of Draugr Mana: 40/45/50/55/60 Passive - (While in Aspect of Draugr) Unit kills grant 5/10/15/20/25% increase in attack speed for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds.

Active - Upon activation Esther gains a 20/30/40/50/60% attack speed increase for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. During this time basic attacks to enemy champions grant her a 5/10/15/20/25% increase to movement speed that decays after 0.5 seconds. Each consecutive auto attack reapplies the movement speed boost.

R Ability Aspect of Reaper Mana: 125/125/125 Cooldown on Active: 150/120/90

Passive - (Applies across all aspects) Esther's basic attacks deal 3/4/5% (+1.5% per 100 bonus AD)(1.7% per 200 AP) of the targets current health as bonus magic damage to units (excluding structures) below 50% health (Capped at 200 vs minions/monsters).

Active - Esther's next basic attack marks the target for 4/5/6 seconds. During this time Esther's basic attacks deal 30/40/50 +(30% bonus AD)(40% AP) true damage against her target for the duration of the mark. If she kills the target before the mark expires, Aspect of Reaper's cooldown is reduced by 10/20/30%.

This is hella op, plz nerf concept, like everything about it. True damage shouldn't be a thing. Restoration of 5% of her health on a UNIT kill is dumb, go jungle, full tank, rangers trailblazer. You fight in jungle, get low, enter that stance, smite redbuff, kill the minions, almost full health again. The current health damage will be stupid high if she goes heavy ap, 22% if she gets 1k ap. damage reduction on an autoattack as a passive shouldnt be a thing (especially not 10%). Not even gonna mention the taunt that strips 25% of their resistances.

The kit allows her to run tank and do more damage than any carry in the game.

The numbers all around are extremely high.

Love the Idea i think it would be a cool passive if she had an aura that did damage to all enemies around her
