as the title says. i think it would be cool for champions with clear genders to get a skin of the opposite gender.

I disagree. However, turning every champion into a smoking hot female representation of themselves would be good.
Even for the female champions. We'll need go go overboard to make Vel'Koz poster-girl worthy, but I think we could manage it.
There's no such thing as an "opposite" gender. This is transphobic and bad.
