The avatar of the moon ,but she doesn't get a blood moon skin? I don't understand this logic.

According to Riot... They want skins of champions that get them out of the comfort zone, doing/beign something completely different of what they will normally be/do. So a blood Moon skin of a moon champ would be redundant
Its similar to how
