Where is a new Malzahar skin?

Malzahar hasn't gotten a skin since 2011. I remember buying Overlord Malz on release. However, it has been more than three years and no new skin on him whatsoever despite so much potential for particle effects.

Just throwing a random idea out: Scorched Earth Malzahar. His Q spits out fire form the portals, his W is a pool of lava, his E is like an alcohol and flame combination, and his ult is like a flamethrower. I'm not even saying this skin should be made, I'm just throwing out a random idea to show that there's definitely potential for a cool skin for Malz.

And for those of you saying he's not popular enough...that's not how it works. Udyr got an ultimate skin when he wasn't very popular. Skarner and Kog both have less than 2% pickrate and they're receiving legendary and enhanced skins respectively.
