High Plat team looking for jungle/supp/adc

My team had a falling out due to real-life commitments getting in the way, but I want to try to get a few more wins before the season ends (and maybe even get low diamond).

Currently the team is Plat 2 81 LP. The requirements to be on it are:

Must be D5 or higher solo queue ranked. Preferred if you live in West Coast. Must be an adc, supp, or jungle main.
